The staff was very pleasant and my drink was delicious. The person who serve me suggested extra shots which cost me nothing because it was the special of the day. I would have never known if he hadn't suggested it.

Love Biggby! The only place I go for coffee. For me, the Butter Bear is better than anything at Starbucks. The staff is friendly any time of the day. Can't wait to go back

As far as chain coffee experiences go, Biggby hangs pretty low for me. The coffee is nothing that excites me and the atmosphere is certainly corporate. To each his (or her) own, but Biggby isn't my jam. The employees are friendly in my few experiences, so that is a nice plus.
I'll give them 2 stars for opening a coffee shop in Summerville. I have friends that like it well enough and I certainly glad they are happy!

Not the same as in Michigan.. Service level was lower than my typical visit, and the baristas werent as friendly, but still very good. Biggby is personally the best coffee out there

I "work from home" from this coffee shop quite often, and I love it here. The baristas are always friendly, the service is fast, and it's a great, relaxing atmosphere where I feel comfortable spending a good chunk of my day working.

Biggby Coffee is like cross between Caribbou Coffee and Starbucks. Their flavored drinks that I've had are less bitter than Starbucks while also not quite as sweet as Caribbou Coffee. I definitely like their coffee better than Starbucks. Good place to work with decent wifi.

The food and beverage quality is always great. The only issue I have is that the drive through can be very slow at times, although for the most part they do a good job of moving it along.

Small tables sit 2-4, outlets close by most seating if you need to plug in devices, Wi-Fi supports most needs (laptop), some comfy armchair seating available, and 3 outdoor tables. Not for large groups! Clean public restroom. Coffee/tea selection is decent, reasonable pricing for a coffeehouse.
