The staff is so friendly and helpful. I'm a repeat customer. These are tough economic times but I strive to save money so I can get a coffee each month. For me the coffee is great but the courteous and helpful staff keep me saving my pennies so I can get a coffee.

Lack luster customer service.
Awful coffee, especially for a coffee shop! The coffee was so bad that I dumped it in the parking lot by the time I was half done drinking it.
Food Lion quality food.
This establishment uses an archaic credit card machine, its funky and annoying. The machine also asks for a tip straight away, makes me not want to tip. Pay your people more and ditch the pre gratuity feature. Giving gratuity should happen after services have been rendered.
I'll never visit a Biggby Coffee again.

My go-to coffee spot! Their frozen coffee’s are hands down the best I have ever had! I personally love the butter bear or caramel mellow. They also have some snacky foods like yogurt parfaits, muffins, bagels, and more!
