I’ve been to this bakery a few times & loved everything I’ve ever gotten! My favorites are the croissants, but I just recently tried the blueberry tart on Wednesday, & I’m inlove! I don’t see it on your menu, so if it’s limited time please keep it permanently! Seriously one of the best pastries I have ever had in my life! We don’t get to come often so fingers crossed y’all will still have it when I come next!

Being raised in Europe a majority of my youth and remembering the times I’d walk with my Grandfather to the bakery in France every morning, this definitely hit a spot for me in my heart. The smells and tastes brought me back. We had family with us on our visit to Social and combined we spent close to $150 and tried some of everything and it was all excellent and spot on. This was authentic hands down.

Read the reviews, this place is a must stop for anyone vacationing in Hilton Head. The owner is amazing as she explained all of what they offer. From croissants to brioches to macaroons to french bread they've got it all. Loved my chocolate Bluff and the wife loved her Kiss on the Beach. The environment is great with the Marina.

Probably one of the best bakeries around if not the world. And that's no exaggeration. The quiche was delicious and the side salad, with arugula and spinach and homemade dressing, is to die for. Now to get to the fruit berry tart and tiramisu. The fruit was fresh and the custard was just sweet enough. The tiramisu was very good (I didn't taste lol that was my friend's choice). But the real difference was the server at the bakery. She was so nice and helpful and friendly. Stop by if you're in the area. It's worth it.

Really great little French bakery with great coffee. Nice marina view just outside of the Disney resort, close to some shopping, water tours, and parking including some limited EV charging.
They do have a Cafe breve, one of my favorite coffee beverages. Scones, pastries, sweet and savory options.
Definitely worth checking out.

I am a huge fan of croissants and this is the best I’ve ever had by a long shot! Their flavored croissants were great, but please for the love of everything order a plain butter croissant and it will change your life! I live a two hour drive away and am constantly fighting urges to drive down just for them! Their locations is also spectacular as they’re right on a marina surrounded by beautiful, enormous yachts! I had a very lovely and quiet breakfast sitting on a bench enjoying breathtaking food and views!

Hey guys, you need to keep your Google listing business hours updated. It’s very easy to edit and manage your Google listing. I specifically looked your restaurant up this morning to make sure you would be open. According to your business hours you are. Made the trip up to Shelter Cove only to find your business closed and locked with no indication of when you might open next. Trying to support a local business is kind of difficult when you don’t keep your business listing updated.

We arrived at the bakery when it first opened and there was already a line. If this happens to you, don't panic! Take some time to enjoy the view of the marina and know that the treats you get will be worth the wait. We sampled a variety of treats from the Hilton Head Social Bakery and while they were all amazing I am going to focus the majority of this review on the Almond Croissant. The almond croissant was truly incredible and something I will dream about for months. The pastry was crispy and flaky and was elevated by the amazing almond filling. The almond filling was butter but still carried the almond flavor. I can only describe it as some of the best butter you have ever had enhanced with almond essence. (If they sold this filling in a jar I would buy it all up). The almonds on top of the croissant were nicely toasted and brought another layer of warmth and crunchy to the dish. All the croissants we tasted were amazingly crispy and light and the fillings were delicious. The chocolate pistachio croissant was full of filling and I loved the combination of sweet chocolate and salty pistachios. The pastry to filling ratio is the best I have ever experienced in a croissant. You won't have that moment where you bite into a croissant and have to check to make sure you didn't get a plain one. My recommendation is to get the almond croissant and another treat as well so you can appreciate the artistry and flavors that go into the Social Bakery's creations.

Really enjoyed this bakery. People were friendly and helpful. But the baked goods were even better. Really enjoyed our sausage quiche, almond croissant, chocolate croissant, and almond puff something. 🤭. I didn't eat it all my wife helped me a little. I would highly recommend trying this place out.
