Brew Coffee, Wine and Craft Beer

The coffee was amazing! I’m from Washington state where small stands are basically all I live off of but I’ve missed the special drinks. I tried a coffee flight and loved every single drink! My husband and I probably could’ve split one flight the glasses were so big! They were quick with getting our drinks out and I loved being able to sit outside on a nice day.
It was also extremely refreshing to see the employees smiles as we walked in the door!

Really cute place, spacious, clean, and very nice vibes. However, the coffee is not good. It’s probably the worst coffee I’ve had. Cold brews are awful, lattes are horrible, hot coffee is not good. And I’ve tried several times before writing this review because I wanted to give them another chance. I gave them about 10 chances and every single time the coffee disappointed me. Then, I tried the matcha. Worst matcha I’ve ever had!!!! It was brown looking and the amount of syrup they put in should be illegal.
They have a couple of good things though, their pastries are very good and they have a good selection of beers.
There’s so much potential but i think they need to send their baristas to barista school, because the coffee is awful. Hell, hire me and I’ll teach y’all to make some good coffee.

The coffee flights drew us in. They were tasty and fun.

Never got past rude counter person to order. So 1 star for service. The coffee looked good but won’t be going back. Also, parking spots are extremely narrow watch opening your car doors.

I just recently discovered Brew. I’m very pleased with atmosphere, service and prices. Definitely will visit more often. It’s so nice that more and more places in Hanahan where you can spend time with friends and family outside of home or work.

Absolutely love Brew! Such a great addition to Hanahan! The drinks, and flights are awesome! My bagel is always fresh. All the employees are so kind! Highly recommend. Nice local coffee shop!

The atmosphere is amazing! The iced matcha latte was not good…didn’t taste how a matcha latte usually tastes…had a minty, subtle fruity flavor to it, kind of odd. I would love to go back and try again if they alter their recipe

So happy to have found this super cute coffee spot! We were initially intrigued by the flights but ended up getting our favorite drinks and ham and cheese croissants instead. Highly recommend for anyone in the Charleston area!

Atmosphere was wonderful but a little disappointed by the barista. Asked if they had decaf tea to which she listed several options including a black tea, to which I got. After I finished my drink, I looked at the tag to which it said awake tea and that it did contain caffeine. I drank this around 6 pm and I worry about my sleep. I am a recovering insomniac and I am quite upset that I can't even enjoy my day without something this small possibly ruining it.
