Coyote Coffee Cafe - Powdersville

Pulled into my local coyote coffee today, and I had called in my order. When I got there, the drive thru was super long, so I went inside. There was only three people in line in front of me, but I had to wait over 30 minutes just to say I had called in my order. It was absolutely ridiculous.I felt bad for the staff because I could tell they were understaffed, but if that’s the case, I would suggest to limit the menu. It’s best to give consistent service that’s good and personable than just to give frankly what I would call horrible service. I’ve been seeing it for a while now at a place that I used to frequent so often. It makes me not want to come here anymore. I would also suggest to limit the online orders too. It’s okay to keep things in store or drive thru only in this time because “I’m sorry about your wait!” will not cut it every time, and it disadvantages the tips these kind people will make. They really left a horrible taste in my mouth after this, and I would suggest not coming here until things have improved.

I stopped to get an Americano. The prices on the drive thru menu is not the same as the actual prices. The barista apologized however, I am the type of person that accounts for every penny I spend so the extra .60 I noticed. There should be a laminated sign at the menu to inform customers. I was disappointed with my Americano it was weak and tasted watery. I should mention that I only drink Americanos no matter what coffee shop I visit so I’m not new to what an Americano should taste like. I’m disappointed because I was so excited to stop here again and I didn’t enjoy my coffee.

Great quality food and coffee here! We loved it! Strongly recommended I'd you want a quick bite and a delicious coffee. They have a menu with lots of options and the customer service is on point. The eggs here are legit cracked and cooked! You will leave satisfied as it wont break the bank but delivers quality that's better than average!

I've never been in a coffee shop before, not even Starbucks. My son took me to the Powdersville location today for a Rattlesnake Bite. I had the espresso lowered from three shots to one, as I'm not much of a caffeine user. Peanut butter, white chocolate, banana... delicious! Our table was sticky, so we moved, and the metal chairs aren't comfortable for us older folks. Nice little place in a good location. Environmental notes: plastic cups and straws are used here.

Best coffee in town as a matter of fact in my opinion best coffee in South Carolina way better than Starbucks, better price, better coffee, better service, better all the way around. Anyone going here needs to try the orange cranberry muffin with the white chocolate raspberry coffee, hot. Perfection every time my wife and I go. Thank you

I love going here, their beverage's are always spectacular, i haven't had any of the food, but i love the coffee. The employees are aways sweet and welcoming. A little pricey but well worth it

Forget about Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts. This is the place to get your coffee and they also have food. Their coffee is priced reasonably and it’s delicious. Don’t want old coffee or basic taste. Come here and you won’t regret it. As soon as you walk inside it just smells amazing. Please expand to Georgia. It’s okay to be local but everyone needs to try it.

Horrible experience. Waste of trip made from Greenville, especially when they can’t even get my simple order of two drinks made properly. Never will I give this place a chance…..every time I’ve been here, my order has been incorrect

Horrible service today and supposedly no manager on duty at 230pm never seen such bad service there. My drink wasn't made right then asked them to remake it they scraped the whipped cream off and handed back. With stuff then had a attitude when I handed it back and asked them to remake the entire drink. The correct way. Will be calling back tomorrow they can kill people that have allergies.

The oreo surprise is worth trying and I thought it would of been very sweet but it wasn't.
