Drinks are delicious and staff is very friendly. I like the Americano.

First time here and I was excited. Coffee is good. Customer service isn’t the best. They don’t acknowledge the customers that walk in the store and seem to be more interested in hanging out with each other than interacting with the customers. Guess the drive through is the best option , even for first timers.

One of my favorite coffee shops I've been going to for years. Once you taste their coffee you'll be ordering another coyote! Most of my experiences have been pleasant. It's been a long time since I had a order made incorrectly. The coyote coffee team always tries their hardest to deliver satisfying service!

Everytime I go here I get the strawberry smoothie. Delicious

Coyote Coffee is the BEST coffee shop in the upstate. They offer a variety of delicious lattes, drip coffee, smoothies, and bakery items. They also have lunch and breakfast options. Way better than Starbucks.

Love this place to hang out and work but it is always freezing in there. Even if I'm dressed for winter. Thermostat seems to always be set at 70 and below. Brrr

I like that Coyote Cafe labels each size drink by how many ounces it contains, so I can get exactly what I want without confusion over what the size is called. I ordered a 20 oz. mocha and I knew how big it would be. They were friendly and fast. (I did go during a slow time, but still) They gave me just a minute to see the menu and then came right away to take my order. Someone was mopping the floor when I entered, and courteously warned me that the floor may be slippery. I also appreciate that they are locally owned, and I felt good about buying from them knowing I was helping to support a family business rather than a chain restaurant.

UPDATE 6-16-21
I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4
Coyote Coffee reached out to me on my google review and took a genuine interest in my concern. They didn't just post a snarky comment you normally see owners post. I felt they will be using the incident for a teaching opportunity with their staff. That shows this locally owned business truly does care about their customers and community.
ORIGINAL POST REGARDING VISIT 6-12-21
I was in the coffee shop this afternoon waiting for my order and overheard something that was very disturbing. I overheard a young lady behind the counter ask the other girl if she informed a customer they didn’t have a sugar free product, and the girl snapped at the younger one “it doesn’t matter just use regular, they won’t know”. The younger girl seemed upset by this (as I was and the other customer that also overheard the interaction) and she said she would call the customer to see if it was ok.
I have to say, this was very upsetting. Maybe they were calorie counting, sure. But what if they were diabetic? Had some allergy or reaction?
I wish I would have gotten that younger girls name. She went up against a bully that seemed to outrank her, and put the coffee shop’s customer first - which is why you get 2 stars and not 1.
