PJ's Coffee

We visited PJ's Coffee on their opening day. They have a very nice selection of pastries for anytime and a few sandwiches for lunch. We had beignets and coffee. Both were freshly made, so if you're in a hurry, expect a little wait. We also bought coffee beans which they ground for us. Very friendly.

This is a locally owned franchise coffee shop that started in New Orleans. I had a latte with no flavors added. Also tried an apple cinnamon scone and the beignets. Both were delicious. The coffee was very good. No sugar needed. The interior is simple and spacious. Highly recommend.

Second time visiting this morning. Both experiences have been wonderful. Since watching the Princess and the Frog movie, I've wanted to try beignets.. and I tried them today. They were AMAZING! I also tried the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The only coffee I've tried so far is the mocha velvet ice with oatmilk. I plan to try more.
Everything was wonderful. Fresh. Delicious. SO happy PJ's moved into the area. Guys support PJ's, not Starbucks!

I stopped here on a whim. I've been searching for some authentic beignets around town. Hot, fresh and delicious! Friendly staff and fast service. Thank you for this sweet taste of New Orleans.

Beignets we’re really good, lots of powdered sugar and they were very fluffy. The peach Palmer tea was the best, they also give me a size up from a medium for waiting. I love the style of the inside too! The customer service was great one of the cashier ask us if this was our first time there and explained everything to us. Definitely worth checking it out and we most definitely will have to do a second visit!

Very nice atmosphere! Cozy & clean. The coffee and beignets are delicious. The staff are very friendly and are helpful with recommendations.

Stop here! Drive past the Starbucks and you will be happy you did!!! After being on a rainy I-95, then I-20, we needed a break from holiday travel and our Great Dane needed to get out, stretch, & walk around. The atmosphere is relaxed & welcoming with very friendly employees. We got a ham & swiss croissant (hubby loved), beignets (amazing, hot, & FRESH; hubby stole one), & butter rum hot lattes with chocolate added! A wonderful, refreshing stop! Awesome coffee!!! And, if you don't want to go in to experience the atmosphere & friendly people, they have a drive-thru! Win, win! ;)

This was my first time here. Went there specifically for the beignets. They were absolutely delicious!! Also had their mocha latte. Very delicious also. Nice establishment and the workers were very friendly. Will definitely be back.

What a charming cafe! Great location to have a meet-up spot with a friend. Description of drinks are exactly as they tasted, we were so impressed! The workers were attentive and personable. oh, and the beignet and poppy seed bread were delicious as well.

I've been to P j's several times- The food and coffee selections all have tasted fantastic. The people are friendly and knowledgeable- there are no issues there. Overall its pretty great! However, in the morning time before work when I'm the only one in line (I didn't see anyone in the store either), it takes 5 to 7 minutes to get just to get coffee (after I've ordered, no food or anything else). When minutes count during the morning rush, this will definitely make me choose another quicker place. I very much want to see this business succeed! So this is meant for feedback, not criticism.
Starbucks takes a long time when the store and drive thru are full, but they are quick when it's not super busy. I have also considered that this is a new business and employees may still be learning, so I hope the time will reduce as they become more established.
