Okay I'm absolutely done with Coyote coffee. This is definitely not the same coffee shop that it used to be. The last five times that I've been there I've only had my order filled correctly once. This morning again my order was filled incorrectly and this stuff in this cup that is supposed to be cup taste like water and milk.

went through the drive through and the barista taking our order was a little rude. ordered a frozen salted white coyote which is my go to and it tasted like they mixed ice and coffee with no flavor.

I got the coffee of the day and Blue Ridge Croissant with a cup of fruit. The sandwich and coffee were delicious however, the cup of fruit underwhelming. It was served in a styrofoam cup that was half filled with blueberries, mandarins and a few pieces of pineapple. For three dollars extra I guess I expected a little better? Customer service was very kind and attentive.

One of my absolute favorite places to get coffee. It’s the cutest coffee shop and I never have an issue with my order. However, even prior to construction it can take up to 30 minutes if not longer for one frozen drink. The service needs improvement as well as the extremely long wait time.

Their computer system wasn't working so I didn't get to use my discount reward they had sent to me. Very disappointed because I like discounts when I can get them

Clean inside, nice decor. But every single one of my handful of visits there has been a horrible latency between making my order and receiving it. Today, about 5 minutes ago I placed an order at roughly 10:13am. I did not receive my order until about 10:50am. I ordered two sandwiches "to-go". No one checked on me during my wait until I asked around 10:35 if my order was ready. Upon receiving my order I was given a $5 gift card to coyote coffee, a sub-par gesture that I accepted, but I'm not sure I'll be using it because that would mean a return visit.

I ordered through the drive-thru an iced haystack with 2 extra shots and buff breakfast wrap. Got my coffee within a minute or so at the window and was asked to park and wait on my food. It seemed to be kind of a long wait but when I finally got my food and took my first bite, I didn't care about the wait anymore. It tasted phenomenal! So far it's been a solid 4-5 star experience as usual.

When I got to the second part of the wrap I found a hair in it.

I decided they still deserve a 4 star rating due to usually having good customer service, excellent drinks, and quality food.

The coffee and drinks are really, really good. I love that they have so many options. But the staff is always so unfriendly and rude that it makes me not want to come back. The first time, I blew it off because everyone has bad days and I get that. The next time though- I was handed back my card and it had coffee spilled all over it. Then I was handed mine and my husband’s coffee- both were covered in coffee and my entire lid was full of what had spilled over. Made a huge mess and was not given any napkins.....it’s just disappointing. I’m not asking for anyone to do anything crazy just be considerate and kind.
