Coyote Coffee Cafe - Easley

Best coffee or Tea in town! My daughter and I drive 30 min to Coyote Coffee that how good its and the staff always do Friendly!

We are absolutely addicted to these drinks!!!
Our favorite drink there, is the frozen Beach Bum, with whip cream, OMG!!!!!
The barista's are so nice, work quickly and are very well trained!!!!
Wish they 'd bring one to Simpsonville lol
But then again, if they did, I'd probably gain sooooooooooooo much more weight than what I have already lol

Took 21 minutes to get my order. Order was made but set over in the drive thru area....the ticket order clearly said that order was for inside. Six or seven employees working and none seemed to be too attentive to customers waiting for their orders. I was finally able to get someone's attention to ask about my order. I realize these are relatively new employees...maybe more training on customer service would be beneficial. I've usually gotten 5 star service in the past......and have never waited 21 minutes for a coffee before.

Getting a little pricy... I just paid $7.24 for a 20oz hot mocha with and extra shot, whip cream, and a little extra chocolate. My Friday and Saturday treat will now only be a Friday treat. Coffee, people, and environment still excellent though!

Came through the Drive Thru today and they had a sweet girl I believe her name was Shelby out taking orders. Everyone was sweet drink was amazing. Love the new staff! Y'all are awesome

Coyote coffee is hands down my favorite coffee shop but the service is severely lacking. Their coffee is great but the girls that seem to always be running the place in the late afternoon are extremely slow and obviously care more about having fun than getting my order ready to the point of almost dropping my food in the floor because she was cutting up with a coworker. I usually make a weekly trip on Fridays for my lunch break but I think this will have to stop because every time I go I have to speed the six minute trip back because my call in order either isn't ready or it takes 15 minutes for them to heat up my muffin. I highly recommend this place if you have half an hour wait for coffee.

Amazing coffee but when you order something and wait twenty minutes you'd think it would be right the first time. I order iced they make frozen my mom orders no whipped cream she gets whipped cream and I get none. It's not like it's even busy when we go either. This is probably the tenth time they've messed up my order if not more. When I told the server that they were wrong he had the audacity to say "are you sure?"... If I ordered it iced and on my receipt it says iced I'm pretty sure that means iced.

I had a great experience here everyone was extremely nice and the coffee was great!!! I am a bit of a coffee snob and this place definitely was up to par and I highly recommend it if you are in Easley. Also they were very accommodating with my reusable Yeti cup even when I got a refill.

WOULD PUT NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. I used to love this place, but now I will only be going to Starbucks. I worked for years in the food industry and if I acted this way I would have lost my job a long time ago. A bunch of my friends have cut this place off. Every time I have gone with my sister there is only one car in front of us that gets one drink, but yet we sit at the speaker for at least 10-15 minutes while we are ignored. We have nicely had to say hello several times and they don't answer until the one car in front drives off. Once they answer they are unapologetic, rude, and still slow. Then, they only start making your drink until you get to the window which makes you have another 10 minute wait. Remind you, we are still being nice about the situation. THIS HAS BEEN EVERY TIME. While you're ordering they are still silent with no "okay, what else for you" or nothing, but act like we are an inconvenience. And then when you say that's it they get an attitude. I don't know what their problem is, but every time this has happened, they have not been busy, we have been polite, and the order is one simple thing. There is no excuse. I never write bad reviews, but this is the worst service I've ever seen. I've tried calling the manager, but she didn't seem to care either and made excuses, just like the employees. I've seen the replies to other bad reviews and it's all the same excuses. It was not busy, we were not rude, and they are not training everybody. It amazes me my sister waited 30 minutes for a bagel, was still polite throughout this, was late for work, and got no apology, and was just told plainly "you still owe 40 cents" after her gift card was applied. They repeated the order at the window and it was completely wrong even though we ordered one simple thing and we waited 10 more minutes for them to make it. They were not busy inside and we were the only car in the drive thru. I wouldn't mind if the girls acted like they cared or were sorry, but you hear them goofing off through the drive thru after your 30 minute wait for a bagel, and get an attitude. Especially since this place is more expensive than Starbucks. I get it's not a speedy drive thru like fast food, but I don't think the wait should be 30 minutes for one thing, you shouldn't be ignored for half that time, and you shouldn't get an attitude. The service should not be this bad for a $6 coffee. Maybe I would understand waiting this long, and paying this much if they actually had employees who aren't rude, slow, immature, and inconsiderate. I've had better service at McDonald's.

Coyote Coffee is by far my favorite place to get a coffee other than home. They have a flavor and option for everyone. The staff is kind, and always greets me as soon as I walk I to the door. A good bit of them even know what my order is.
