Bitty & Beau’s is undoubtably my favorite coffee shop in Charleston... nay favorite coffee shop on planet earth. The coffee is fresh and flavorful.

The customer service is what really puts them in a different category. The staff is unparalleled. They always offer above and beyond service that is guaranteed to brighten your day. They really work hard to make sure you receive everything you’re wanting and that your satisfied. The people are definitely a better pick me up than caffeine could ever be.

This was the best coffee shop I have ever visited. It was clean, inviting, and the workers were so accommodating and FRIENDLY. Christian was a rockstar at the register and Sam gave us our orders with a big smile on his face. He even came over and gave us a hug! They both talked to us as if we were old friends and were so happy to be working! The joy you feel stepping foot inside will have you coming back again and again. I got the Java Chip Frappe and I was sad when it was gone. My friend got an iced vanilla chai and said it was the best one she has ever had. If you haven’t visited this place, MAKE IT HAPPEN ASAP.
