Love this place and love their mission. Great coffee shop no matter what their mission was.

Cool little coffee shop. Uses Monin syrups which I like. The line was short and moved quickly.

This is an amazing place! You get the best coffee and the people are soo sweet ! This is completely handled by people who are special . You should visit this place. We brought few souvenirs like Apron, book etc!

Stopped in while in Charleston. Absolutely love the concept of this coffee shop. The staff was pleasant, and the coffee was good. Make sure to stop by if you’re in the area.

What a wonderful coffee shop! This gets an A+ for flavour, service and aesthetics. We need more of these kind of shops in every community that support an all inclusive attitude! They have also embraced technology with a card or tap pay system only- no cash accepted so just come prepared. Thank you to everyone that greeted us with the biggest smiles. 😀

I was looking for Starbucks and decided to try this place because of it's location. I'm SO GLAD I did!!! Awesome experience. Awesome atmosphere. I will go out of my way to go here, next time!!

I loved the concept of the cafe so we drove all the way from Sommerville to have a good cup of coffee. The coffee was made with automatic machine just like the one at the airport lounge. The latte tasted like milk. Althought I am not satisfied with coffee, I am glad I visited there just because of the concept and their vision.

The coffee is fantastic and so is the staff! Can’t wait to go back the next time I’m downtown!

Enjoyed my experience at Bitty and Beau's. Not only was the coffee delicious but the service was excellent! They have done a great job with atmosphere. They are creating a movement not just serving coffee. My only critique would be that some additional seating would be nice.
