Stopped in for the first time and was very impressed by the service and the quality! The boozy shakes were to die for and they were served with a smile!

Great place in a really awesome addition to old town Bluffton. This is maybe my fourth or fifth visit and I make it a point to come here every time I’m in town. Definitely recommend everyone try this out when you’re in here. My wife loves the chocolate Cabernet and I had several different flavors of ice cream and every one has been delicious and the outdoor space in the back is really a great place for the kids!

After months of looking forward to visiting the cutest little Ice cream shop I found on Instagram I’m really disappointed. I waited until I had some guests from out of town and visited for my sons birthday. We ended up having to trash the ice cream. It all tasted grainy and lacked flavor, even with everyone having a different flavor. The atmosphere was very cute, and staff was nice.

Tried this place out earlier this month. Cute little place in a repurposed barber shop that sells ice cream (some with alcohol in it!), plus coffee and tea. There is an indoor seating area but it was close due to COVID so my family and I ordered from the window. The employees--Joe and his mother--were a little unfriendly to be honest but they were patient as we all asked for samples of the ice cream. I got coconut almond (1st flavor) and praline (2nd flavor). The ice cream was not great, just okay, but it was reasonably priced. There are several chairs around a fire pit sort of thing out front as well as a large gated "park" out back with a variety of seating options (chairs, picnic bench). I'd give Joe's 4 stars.

Joe’s Ice Cream is more than an ice cream shop, it’s an experience everyone can enjoy. Best ice cream in town and the only local place where you can get adult ice cream beverages. The coffee is also fantastic. The atmosphere is phenomenal- kid friendly space and activities with adult comfort. Joe is the nicest guy as well!

Just recently discovered this place, and i wish i had sooner! it's a little gem in downtown bluffton. The drinks and ice cream are unique, delicious, and customizable. the "yard" outback is like an oasis. its beautiful and my son and i enjoy playing while enjoying our treats! this is becoming a go-to place for us.

The location and atmosphere are really cool. We had one pumpkin and one chocolate cabernet ice cream cone, both were delicious. The coffee was also very good. Talked with the owner for a little bit, he was very nice and personable.

Heard about this place on NextDoor, read the reviews and made a special trip to try it out today. Cute little house. Nice fenced in area in the back with picnic tables for families to play. Very good service.
But the small serving of my mint chip was disappointing. The mint was overpowering and chips were few. Did I mention a very small serving? My husband's chocolate, peanut butter, and oreo was heavy on the peanut butter, with very little chocolate flavor.
I'm gluten free. Many of the options had cookies or cakes or such. Not for me. They make their own ice cream, so don't understand the so-so product.
Finally, it has a small parking lot. At peak time, where do cars park?
Overall, I'll stick with Jack Frost. Better flavor, more choices and much larger servings...!

We need more businesses like this in downtown Bluffton! Service is great, and it’s easily the best coffee in town.
