Cha Cafe & Bistro has an excellent chef who has come up with some very unique and interesting dishes. If you are looking for something different, this restaurant should be on your short list. I love the fact that they give you a big carafe of cold water on your table, so that you don't have to ask for a refill. Great food, good prices and very comfortable & welcoming decor.

Food is delicious & drinks are always amazing.

Overpriced coffee and refuse to turn on the upstairs AC, forcing almost everyone into the crowded downstairs area. Good WIFI.

Although the bad parking space and the slow service, this café have some pretty tasty drinks. I enjoy their green teas and their frappés, but what I am concerned about are the prices that they put to their drinks especially their food. On some days my frap would be sweet, the next day my same order would be bitter. I still do recommend this café for the experience. Also a good place to lounge and enjoy some coffee with friends or even with just you and your laptop.

Parking can get a little tricky during the busy times. It used to be a good location once-upon-a-time, until someone decided to build a giant casino castle a hundred feet away. Literally speaking... I guess gamblers will be able to have their coffee when they need it.
The ambience and variety of coffee and teas is on average. A place you'd might want stop by when needing to do a coffee run.

One of my favorite places on island. Friendly staff and great drinks. Thank you, Cha!!!

When I came down to Cha Café and Bakery I was greeted at the counter. I ordered a Thai Milktea with Pearls. My order came in fast I thank those who worked that night[May 4, 2019]. For the warm greeting and fast service I left them a $10 tip which was what I had left on my pocket. I am a local born and raised here in Saipan. Out of all the Cafés I have been to, Cha is one I enjoy going to the most.

Great cafe near all the hotels.
Highly recommend the Thai milk tea, it was super delicious!
Also I am glad that they accepted cards for purchases under $5 too.

I'm vegan, so there were very limited options for me, but for a non-vegan, this is a really nice place. There's plenty of seating at little tables that run along a long bench across the entire wall. There's free wi-FI. There are delicious looking sweets and pastries and a pretty extensive menu of drinks. I tried the Taro flavored ice, thinking that it would be dairy free... although I have my doubts because it was pretty creamy. As a vegan - I recommend asking questions about what things are made with.
