It was a pleasant experience going in this cafe for the first time, with a lovely ambience and friendly staff. The drinks and pastries we tried were delicious and done well. I enjoyed the cinnamon bun the most, not too sweet, soft with a little flaky croissant texture on the outside.

Very modern and gorgeous looking place. Design is very unique and appealing. Drinks were all very delicious and the options were different. Love the honey milk tea, taro is super good with the add on of oreo if you ask them. Even the eggplant panini was super tasty. Really like the taro they add to the bread. A very popular spot where all the tourist visit for sure.

'Okay' coffee. They don't know how to make a hot cup of coffee, it's always barely warm. I'll come here for the buns and muffins, but the coffee is mediocre at best, especially if you ask for it 'hot. Disappointed.

A great view for lunch! Had the fresh tuna with a very tasty garlic poke sauce, muscles with a kimchee cream topped with caviar, honey flour wings, and the short ribs. All items were tasty and thoughtfully prepared.

Spent quite a bit of time at Cha while working on Saipan. The food and service was excellent. But they never had the A/C on high enough in the restaurant. I was literally drenched in sweat sitting in their Cafe one day. I know it's hard to keep cool in Saipan but I still think they need to work on it.

WiFi: ~3 Mbps.
Two-level coffee shop with lots of space to sit and chill or work. It was a little hot inside, so you might want to order a cold drink.

Normally, I love this place but it's the fact that some other people (not workers) just get a kick not looking at another person and bother to figure out if they're genderfluid or non binary and struggle to figure out which bathroom to go to or see a bathroom that shows visual indication that someone is inside or not. Yes they can be closed doors but they don't tell you if someone is in there or not.

I don't much care for the cafe's drinks but I did try the Bistro. I had the Lemongrass Pork Loin and it was to die for. 10/10. Extraordinarily delicious and the presentation was beautiful!
