Best sandwich I ever had but the service was horrible. Went through the drive though to place an order and the guy on the speaker was being extremely rude you can tell he did not want to be there and had a very aggressive tone. I get it, I went in 30 mins before close but you still shouldn’t treat customers that way. I’ll never go back. Oh and I had to wait 35 mins in line for my stuff not even worth my lunch break.

This place has amazing food and the coffee is to die for. I get so excited to go here

I really wish they had the same flow as Smithfield’s location. Give yourself at least 20 mins for waiting time. I tried giving them a chance after having horrible service previously, but the poor service prevails. Teach your staff how to multitask and handle a drive through properly. It’s ridiculous that you’re in that line for so long.

Love the location in Woonsocket very friendly service the food is excellent including the best coffee around. Only wish the drive-thru was little bit quicker.

How is this place still open? The Coffee Connection in Smithfield is WAY better than this place. They take longer than 5 minutes per vehicle...for coffee!!! We ordered a small, black, cold-brew coffee and were stuck in line for 20 minutes. I would recommend firing all the staff at this location and moving all the staff from Smithfield there. I've heard it's the quality of employees that Woonsocket produces but I don't want to believe that...though recent orders from Applebee's and J's Deli in Woonsocket may have me reconsider my position.

Coffee and iced tea is delicious here. Sandwiches are also fantastic, and it helps they are better and cheaper than the local overly popular brand. Definitely my new local go to.

So, every Coffee Connection is *good*. I get a coffee almost every weekend from on if their locations, but sometimes, I take the extra time to plan a trip to their Woonsocket location.

Their Woonsocket location takes my first sip of coffee from "mmm yes" to "ugh hell yes *additional explicit noises of coffee induced pleasure*".

Aside from the amazing coffee, the service is always with a smile. Definitely worth the extra time in the car!

Burnt sandwich and drink made incorrectly.
Been going to coffee connection for at least 5 years. Been to many of their locations this one being the closest. Every other time I go my sandwich is burnt and drink made incorrectly. I get recipes are similar for the mocha but it’s not a mocha that I ordered it’s funky monkey.
