Felicia's Coffee

We've been to four local coffee places today and this one is our favorite! Butterfinger iced coffee and two muffins. All scrumptious. Highly recommended from our perspective.

Terrible experience!!! The first time that I went there was last week. The girl that was making my bagel was constantly touching her hair with the same gloves that she was preparing the food. But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because the service was good so I went back again this morning. BAD DECISION!!! I went by the drive thru because it was raining and first, they didn't have the kind of bagel that I ordered (pumpernickel) and it was only 9am on a Thursday. Then, they don't give me any napkins so I had to ask for it Finally, I didn't check my order and when I was far enough not be able to drive back there I noticed that they gave me butter and jelly instead of cream cheese and jelly. So I called and explained it to the manager and she just transferred the cal to another manager the one on the drive thru. Her response was "I'm sorry" and then she just stayed quiet and hang up. What a shame of a place!

My plain hot black coffee tastes a little too hazelnut. They need to clean their baskets and carafes between pots.

Drive through or dine in. Indoor or patio seating. These ladies (and a few gents) are always pleasant and on top of things, with a very dedicated clientele. Even at their busiest they do a great job. Staff makes most of their baked goods. Tasty muffins! Coffee available by the pound. Great local watering hole :)

Flavorfull coffees, the pecan latte is a favorite. Gluten free options availabe too.

Nice people. Service is fine, but the quality of coffee is incomparable to Alaskan coffee kiosks.

I didn't go inside but the coffee that I ordered tasted great and service was fast and friendly.

Great variety!!! They have many flavors of coffee, where the flavor is infused into the coffee beans (no added sugar). Perfect breakfast & snack selection! Plus vegan, gluten free, and high in fiber options!!! 🙂

Plain black iced coffee tastes pretty good. Not outstanding but better than acceptable. Their specialty drinks are really good and rotate all the time, so they stay fresh. Baked goods are pretty unique here, in addition to your staples. Baked goods have been phenomenal. Egg+cheese sandwich is fairly standard but tastes like they use actual good cheese. Sausage patty is nothing special, but the chorizo is unique and tasty, especially when paired with their portugese sweet bread. Bagels are solid, and so is their specialty cream cheese. Environment is cozy and warm, including a fireplace and couches/lounge chairs. Also have normal tables where you can sit to get some work done. Can get very crowded and busy during peak times. Drive through is easy enough but isn't any faster than just going inside, since they don't have any special efficiency systems like at McDonalds or T Bell. You basically are waiting in line, in your car.
