Dave's Coffee

Got just a coffee and muffins. I was expecting more of the coffee as they serve their own roasted beans. I think that the beans are roasted quite dark, so they should brew coarser and at lower temp so the resulting coffee drink is less bitter and instead sweet. Maybe Dave's could consider Ground Control machines, they seem to be a good choice for brewing at scale with quality.

I loved the coffee beans I bought from here. Sadly they ran out of coffee syrup. I ordered the coffee milk instead. It is worth the detour.

I go to Dave’s for coffee whenever I stay in Charlestown, and every time I have there has been a long line, which just goes to show you how good it is. The coffee is nice and strong. Last time I was there I also purchased the coffee syrup and it has the same strong coffee taste as their brewed coffee but also sweet. I’m from CT so we don’t often have coffee milk on the menu but I see why its popular after trying it with Dave’s.

Best coffee around! Dave's Coffee is flavorful, smooth and full bodied. By far my favorite brand! We usually brew Dave's at home, but luckily we were in the area today and just had to get some fresh brew!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were traveling through and stopped for a morning latte. The Expresso we got was in no way fresh. It tasted like the coffee was brewed days ago and left in a fridge. The smoked maple flavor was way over powering and was all smoke and no maple. We've tried many coffee places around this country and this place was bottom 3 for sure. And $28 for 3 of these lattes became painful when we just threw them away.

Lovely small local joint to get good coffee. Probably will have to wait on line but there were a lot of staff so it went quick. Excellent alternative to Starbucks. Coffee and muffin were excellent.

Little coffee shop on the edge of town. Coffee, baked goods, cheese, salami, milk and more. Did I say salami? Always a great crew in the shop. Unique experience from a local roaster.

Wonderful coffee and great landscaping for enjoying breakfast outside. I especially love their breakfast sandwiches. All their food is awesome, but this is the best breakfast sandwich I've had around westerly.

Very good coffee, if you like dark, rich coffee like Starbucks, only better. If you like DD, then it may be too dark for your tastes. I love having coffee in an old house surrounded by beautiful landscaping.

See that light on the hill? That beacon of hope? That is Dave’s coffee—a charming little coffee store with oodles of outdoor seating including vine covered pergolas, picnic tables, benches, and brick patios. The coffee and gluten-free muffin I had were the best since leaving home a month ago. The parking is a little tight, but well worth it.
