A good location and loads of seating. Wish the prices weren't so high.
The Boy name eli or Elijah in the drive thru taking orders is rude he needs to not work here anymore I’ve been here a few times his attitude is horrible . Be aware of price change a whole 1$ overnight and they haven’t changed their menu , when I confronted them about it they treated me like I was causing a problem when I was only just confused . I don’t care about the extra 1$ I just was so uncomfortable by the way I was treated I just left the situation alone and pulled off I won’t be coming back here anytime soon . I ordered an Ice mocha . They printed me off a receipt and acted like I was crazy.

Onalaska is sorely lacking for a coffee shop where folks can meet. This is basically your only option. Also, get the Lumberjack omg.
Was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. We get to the window and pay. The employee comes back and says they didn't have the sandwich we ordered. She got the manager to do refund which took another 7 minutes. When the manager gave us the receipt we asked to get two blueberry bagels instead and she says they didn't have any ready. Was NOT impressed to say the least!!
Coffee was pretty good and not outside of what you'd expect price wise for a coffee house. The ambiance is a bit like a ski lodge, comfortable and cozy. The staff were quick and accurate.

Took over 15minutes to get 2 coffees, server was rude when asked how much longer, and said she doesn’t like being told what to do and wasn’t paying attention to the orders. Cashier was professional.

This place has good coffee but the wait time is ridiculous. There should not be a drive through if they can’t keep up with it. I was late for work waiting 40mins in the line and there’s no way of getting out of it
Love my coffee, so I thought I'd try something new today. Kwik Trips there are plenty in La Crosse, and I love my Kona Dark refills, but I'm also always up for trying something different. The coffee was fine, but as some of the other reviews suggest...the wait time was pretty bad. I did wait a good 15 minutes at least with only three cars ahead of me, and all I was looking for was a dark roast. But at $3.50 for a large, and then $1.50 tip...I think next time I'll just go to Kwik Trip across the street and get my refill for $1.25. And to be honest...I think the Kona Dark tastes better too. I noticed they do offer other things on their menu, but I wasn't looking for food or cream or sugar boosts. So maybe there's just a different audience for this spot. Also...I didn't notice indoor dining. Just a drive thru, and a window to walk up to. It was alright...not bad...just alright.
Was a pretty long wait time after I ordered. Only got a cold drink n was over 20 mins.

This has been my go to coffee shop for the last 5 years. The staff was friendly, coffee was always great and it was quick. In the last 6 or 7 months, things have changed so drastically. The staff has all changed (as far as I've seen) and the new members are just cold, bordering on rude. It has definitely made a difference in where I chose to go on a regular basis. The last two times I've gone, I've burnt myself on the coffee. As a constant coffee drinker, I expect it to be hot. I don't expect it to actually burn my tongue and leave it sore till the next day. I mentioned it the first time, to be told they must have hit the extra hot button. Twice in a row tells me they're either being careless or something has changed. Not sure I'll be back for a while.

Really good coffee but the wait time is crazy long. Most days you’ll be in the drive thru for 30 minutes better to just go in a day when you have no plans.
Five cars in the drive thru took over a half hour ridiculous
