Burned my legs with hot coffee. At the window, barista handed me my brew and the lid popped off as I take it. The coffee spilled onto my lap/legs and left me with a 1st degree burn. Barista asked if i was okay but nobody else bothered to ask or even check up.
My husband and I just visited your location for the first time today. The lady at the drive thru was very pleasant. Unfortunately the lid was not on all the way and when given to my husband the cup fell and spilled all over my husbands lap and gave him a pretty bad burn. I understand that things happen but that's not why I am writing today. I felt like there was no concern from people working. As we pulled ahead so he could get out of the vehicle. Not one person came out to see if he was okay. He is okay and we got him home and cleaned up. But there should have been more of an effort to come out to see if he was okay. My husband did say that he went back up to the window to grab my card and coffees that there was a person in the office that looked up at him and looked back down like there wasn't any effort to show care and concern.
Our drinks were awesome and our pup loved her pup cup too.
Ordered and went up to window to pay and they made the wrong drink I explained this and the gal said you can keep those 2 and we will remake it,so after waiting another 10 minutes this other gal comes up to window I personally thought it was the manager to apologize for mistake and this gal obviously did not like her job,her attitude was not good and she said " we need those 3 drinks back " I replied what,"we need those 3 drinks back". I gave them back to her she never said anything else and I felt I got overcharged for the drinks I paid for to the drinks I actually got. Beware
Grabbed a hot chocolate on the way through town! They were quick with ordering, sweet at the window and overall a really smooth drive through experience. No complaints!

Great drinks, fast service, friendly workers. I have never been disappointed by this Scooter's location. Such a convenient stop on my drive to class.
My girlfriend and I went in for coffees and a breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich was honestly horrible. We each tried to take one bite and had to put it back in the bag, ironic since the bag says full of tasty flavors, and it was like eating a piece of cardboard with rubber in the middle. The coffee is incredibly bland, as well as they use powdered creamer. !??! I will say that the staff is incredibly polite, nice and prompt, which is the only reason I am giving them two stars. Hopefully their food can catch up to their staff.

This franchise is new too this area. First take on this coffee shop was great. Drive through line moved at a decent pace. Less than 15 minutes on all of my visits, ( 3 visits, 3 different Drive through lines) I have sat in line at other Drive throughs much longer only to get the order. Keep up the great service. Prices seemed competitive, I go too enough coffee places to say that a 7 $ cup of coffee is competitive. Normal coffee menue and of course offers quick morning muffins too a burrito. I had the burrito, it was better than expected because this is a coffee place. I liked the Carmel coffee selection. Quick and reasonably priced morning stop . Tell me what your thoughts are ?

Coffee so expensive but so good! I could see from the pick up widow that their expensive breakfast sandwiches were all being microwaved frozen in plastic bags! No thanks to that.
The Ladies that helped me were so nice and thoughtful, I've been staring at this place before and after work and the cookies are great and the the drinks are a great start and ending on your evening.

Pretty good drinks & food, but they're on the pricey side.
This place is SO GREAT!!! YOU CAN ORDER AHEAD AND THE LADIES ARE SO NICE THAT HELPED ME WITH MY ORDER. I Like the Hours That Scooters have and I like that after work when I'm done working 3rd shift or for anyone that is going to work here is a little coffee here and a little refreshing drink here.
The coffee i has was very good and the staff were very friendly! Overall a positive experience!
Very disappointing. Ordered a hot decaf latte what I got was not decaf and the milk had not been steamed. The drink wasn’t even Luke warm. It was cold milk with a little heat coming from the espresso. I repeated the order twice and it was repeated back to me twice. I Will not return.
A bit pricey, but wayyyy better than Dunkin or Starbucks. The employees are SUPER nice and very helpful for recommendations.
