I've been in love with liv a latte since last summer. Never have had a bad experience and all of the girls i adore, Liv and Madi i 🤍 you guys. Lotus is always perfect, so many options, and the pesto cream cheese is insane and i tell everyone about it😭🤍
Always a great experience, and they will always be my fave coffee stand. Team Liv all the way
I stopped here a few times while I was in town. It was great! The customer service was incredible, the coffee, delicious! If I ever come back to Silverdale, I know where I'm getting my coffee!
The bubble tea and Lotus drinks at Liv a Latte are amazing I highly suggest you go and try!

barista was rude, got a mixed berry smoothie that reeked and tasted of garlic, not sure if this was a prank or how the mixed berry smoothie is supposed to taste… disappointing either way 🥲
Almost every time I’ve been to this establishment the workers have been extremely rude to me. They also say they close at 7 and on multiple occasions no one has opened the windows when the signs clearly say they’re open and online says they’re open. I would 100% steer clear of this place. There are better coffee shops in the area with more enjoyable employees, and better prices. :/
Horrible. The girl that helps us acted like she had 10 shots or something??? Took close to 10 minutes to make 2 iced breve mochas. Could tell they weren’t made correctly by the look of the drink. The barista swore she used the right milk, asked twice. Had gritty bits of chocolate powder and definitely not 1/2 & 1/2, 2% maybe, but we threw them away and got drinks across the street at Greens on your Way. Great healthy menu and drinks were made correctly.
Took 15min to get coffee/bagel and the coffee was super bitter.

Rolled up to Liv's at 530ish AM last Friday and had the entire place to myself, nice! Struck a convo with the nice lady and even after I told her I wasn't from the area, was still offered a punch card (thank you!) She then proceeded to tell me about their Free Shot Fridays and Double Stamp Tuesdays. Prior to knowing all that, I had already order a triple shot 20oz WM. So scored a free shot! Shots, shots, shots!! Definitely a fabulous way to get my Friday started! Appreciate the caffeine buzz, LIV! Will be back if I'm ever back in the area. Things to note: - Even though this is a drive up and through kind of coffee shop, LIV also has tables set up in close proximity to the shop.
I LOVE this place!!! I’m there pretty much every morning to get my Purple Magic smoothing. Liv and her staff are also amazing at helping me remove and dairy from my drinks and keeping them vegan. My kids are so funny about their protein smoothies and Lic refreshed always listens to what they want. In the old months we get hot chocolate and they put all the bells and whistles on top of the hot chocolate and make sure the temp is safe for my kiddos to drink immediately. They have such a great rapport with their customers and really make you feel like family.
Customer service is always good. Drinks are good. They all have great attitudes
Drive through on a Sunday morning at the Silverdale location. Americano for me, hot cocoa for my son. The drive through was slammed on both sides, only one person working. Another girl showed up and took orders while in line and took payments as well. Had to repeat the order twice once we got to the window ( about 20 minutes ). My Americano was fine. Sons hot cocoa "tasted like some kind of berry" according to him. Price was alright, staff was friendly. Slow service and iffy on the drinks. Would give it another try but wouldn't go out of my way to find it.
Friendly service and good drinks. Had multiple pricing discrepancies on my bank account statement with upwards of 30 dollars per visit here. Attempted to reach a manager for months with a promise that the issue would be looked into and I would be contacted with an explanation. I was given several commitments and reassurances that my issue would be brought up at weekly staff meetings. Needless to say, the issue was never resolved and while I was very vocal about being flexible and reachable, I was blown off and ignored in the end.
