More exceptional customer service and knowledge of all coffee products than I have ever seen!
Had a latte and a croissant breakfast sandwich. They did not disappoint!
I love Austin Chase's cofee. They have an extensive list of flavorings, half of which are sugar free. The only negative thing I can say is there is frequently a large group of men drinking coffee who are very loudly talking politics and criticizing one side repeatedly. I never dine in because of this.
Nice coffee shop! Sandwiches, sweets, coffee, etc. Found in a Google search along my route. I'm glad to know of it, I pass by this location often when in Silverdale. Very nice atmosphere. The staff was nice, and I enjoyed the lemon treat I got with my coffee. Frequent sipper cards too!

Austin Chase Coffee is an excellent coffee shop with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Their coffee is top-notch and always freshly brewed. The menu also offers a variety of delicious pastries and snacks. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making for a great overall experience. Highly recommended for coffee lovers!
They’re having cheese. Croissants are very tasty. Her coffee is good too. The service is very friendly, and I’m looking forward to going back.

I was last there on a weekday 1 week ago. I love the coffee but man the customer service has really gone down. I’m thinking no manager on site. Seems like the employees hate their job. Nobody smiles and nobody seemed to care about the customers. They don’t greet you, don’t look at you when you order, and seem to get to you when they feel like it. This is not the Austin Chase I’ve come to love. I bought coffee beans and waited for 15 minutes for someone to get to my order…..and there was no line so no excuse! I sure hope this was a one off day. Come on! Return to appreciating your customers!
Even considering staff shortages, service was a little slow.
We get coffee and breakfast here very often, many times a week. Very friendly staff and owner, always welcoming. Food is consistently yummy and my coffee is always perfect. Highly recommend for dining in, pleasant atmosphere and clientele.
This is a coffee shop I will be doing homework at due to its quietness. Mediocre coffee, and I am not sure if the staff are having a bad day or what but none of them were welcoming , and all just looked at me with a blank stare. Im not sensitive to these things, just observant.
Fantastic local Kitsap coffee joint that's been in Silverdale as long as I can remember. Visited with my friend Alan last Saturday for the first time in a while and was reminded how good the coffee was! Great service and lovely atmosphere. Sat outside and ran into an old friend Derek from high school days wow! He's been visiting this place all the while as well. A testament to the longevity of this establishment. If you're into coffee and supporting local business please patronize this place! It will not disappoint.
Fantastic little coffee shop with delicious breakfast sandwiches, and a huge variety of coffee choices. You can call ahead and order so you can pick it up quick.
A classic homey feel coffee shop. Locally owned by a super cool lady. We tried a couple of their new flavors and got a breakfast sandwich. Excellent service and they have a frequent buyer card for a free coffee!!
How many girls does it take to make a smoothie? The answer is none because it was made wrong... or four, one to make it and three to stand around watching her make it. Wish they retrained on how to make drinks. I did find it amusing they have a kids drink called kids kreams. The picture of silverdale taken in "about" the 1950's was good fun. All in all, they need to do bette making drinks but it's a nice place.
Good coffee, nice area to lounge with excellent covid precautions.
