Highly recommend Silverdale Nutrition, came here in search of a meal replacement. My Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shake has gone above and beyond my expectations. You can find me here every morning now 😅 so delicious & filling 💗
The owner is so sweet & so are her drinks!! I had just stumbled on this cute little shop & had to try it out. So happy I did! I'm not huge on coffee, but need caffeine. so I've always gone somewhere local to get a redbull spritzer, but have been needing to cut back on the Red Bull's. This is the perfect replacement! Energy/beauty teas, Protein shakes, & literally DOZENS of different flavors to pick from. The protein shakes are not gridy which honestly surprised me. Shop was clean & organized. owner gave us the full run down of the menu. was so welcoming & instantly treated you as if she's known you forever. 10/10 recommending Silverdale nutrition good luck picking a flavor cause kinda just want them all. Btw These drinks are the PB&J Protein shake & loaded skittles tea! honestly if you can't decide what drink to get look up their IG: @silverdalenutrition the pictures make you drool🤤
My experience was absolutely amazing! The lady that helped me was so sweet. Treated me an my daughter like family. Atmosphere is perfect . Shop is clean and super cute. Lots of flavor options. The teas are out of this world good an I’m not a tea drinker. I will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommended this place to anyone and everyone! 🧡😁
