While service is friendly, $4.30 for a shelf-stable pre-packaged scone is absurd (and disappointing*). Sausage bagel is Dunkin Donut-esque, not bad not great. Latte is massive but they put straws in (why??). I suspect people like this spot for big drinks and ice cream milkshakes! *I was perhaps too naïve assuming it’d be somewhat home-bake and regretted not going next door.

Usually white cup is my favorite coffee shop in town. Today was horrific! The barista could not figure out how to use the machine to ring us up. So that was a 10 minute process. By that time she forgot what we ordered. She didn't ask what we ordered again. But then began making our two drinks. She tried to hand us the first drink. This should of been a Mocha Frappuccino with an extra shot of expresso. She made an iced mocha. Then she hands out an iced latte. This was supposed to be an iced latte with half vanilla shot with extra shot of expresso. We hand both back. At this point, she just adds some vanilla to the latte without the extra shot. Remakes the mocha frap but, forgot to put the chocolate. Wow...sad. We just left after, I kid you not, half hour ordeal. Sorry, Kim, get rid of the elderly barista with a horrid memory.

Service is amazing! Unless you go on the weekend, then your 50% going to get the wrong drink or your hot coffee will be served cold let alone made correct. Week day girls are fantastic 😍

A friend applied for a job there recently and apparently they're very sweet.
I dont normally go out for coffee often however this is a great place to get it. I would say it's a tiny bit pricey, but its well worth it for the friendly customer service, good coffee and adequate pastries. And it's a cool lil building that adds charm to the town, especially if your passing through its a place id recommend as a must, right along with tootsies. Even though I live in sequim I was recommended to go here by a visiting friend and I would concur, this is another great staple of Sequim and I hope it sticks around even if I don't go all the time.
Got their Tuscon Chicken bacon ranch salad sandwich and an iced chai latte, both of which were super delicious. I should've had it made with oat milk because I am lactose intolerant but I didn't think about it at the time of ordering. Shout out to DANA from door dash!

I’ve been going to White Cup recently. My daughter loves spritzers and they have a terrific deal on Wednesdays. She tells me that they make the best ones she’s had and for a great price. I’ve been happy with their service every time we go. Go visit them for your next pick-me-up.
We were going on a long road trip with my three little kids and the Barista gave me a size upgrade for free 😭
We drove up with my husband to order our drinks and some girl with a crop top bending down showing most of her chest area and almost climbs into my husbands window to take order very very disrespectful I felt disrespected by the barista…
Delicious and smooth coffee! Check out their daily specials. I enjoy the Monday mocha special. Their loyalty card is wonderful too! Who doesn't enjoy a free cup of coffee? 🙂
