Love the coffee and home baked goodies! The staff is very helpful. Gluten free items to eat too!

$5.34 for iced coffee with no refills is a rip off.

Great local independent coffee shop in the heart of downtown Sequim. I love that they have unsweetened oat milk as an alt milk option 🎉 they have a great selection of food and several gluten free options! The staff are down to earth and helpful. Their decaf roast is pretty good, too. Their mochas are a little too sweet for my taste, but my family loves them. Their gf desserts are mostly good (so far as I've tried) but can sometimes be a little overly sweet (I know, they're desserts and are supposed to be sweet, but some desserts are bread or cream or egg forward, which I prefer).

I don't know about any of you but every time I've gone here which is like 10 times I've always gotten bad or moderate coffee. I guess I might just be unlucky with what I order but I've gotten almost every coffee on the menu. I guess I just don't like it. The people and the service were good and it has a cozy atmosphere, but I'm not really saying this as a warning for others, but rather a reminder to think wisely at what kind of coffee you order. Alright I'll make a suggestion, don't buy lattes, cappucinos, or breves. They have milk and sugar for free to sweeten your coffee, you would just be paying an extra dollar or 2 for them to add that stuff. But, one thing you definitely need to try are their spritzers.

INCREDIBLY slow for a premade reheated burrito that was smashed flat by the panini iron.

The frittatas are delicious if you want a warm breakfast. And the pastries ... I just tried the cream cheese frangipane. Perhaps the best gluten free pastry I've found. How often do you bake these? I need more!

What a great find! On our travels from Port Townsend to Victoria we transferred bus lines in Sequim. The Rainshadow was right across the street, so we stopped in for Coffee, lunch, and dessert. Everything was fresh made and excellent quality. Coffee Roast was amazing. We come back as a destination!

Had a wonderful lunch with my girlfriend. I had a yummy bowl of corn and bacon chowder, along with great coffee. Staff is very friendly, and service was fast. We'll be going back again soon

Went there with friends for coffee and dessert after lunch on a weekday early afternoon. It was crowded and smoky like something had burned in the kitchen. We would have moved to a table outside but it was too cold in January. Glad to see they are popular and doing well but it wasn't a pleasant atmosphere on that day.

The coffee is good, also the chai latte, but higher priced than elsewhere. It can be purchased by the bag as beans or ground. The bagged coffee is the same price in stores like Country aire in Port Angeles. The food is overpriced and not always tasty. Seems to try for mostly organic gluten free. I am not a big eater, but they serve small portions except for desserts. The soup is a very small bowl and not always a popular flavor. The day's special can be sold out, so get in early. Long wait for orders. Standing in line is the only way to order, and customers going to the restrooms have to push past the line. Staff is rushed. Crowded seating. Lots of tables taken up by wifi users. I was in there for lunch one day when a customer let her 2 toddlers run loose with food dangling from their mouths, but staff ignored it. When an order is ready and set up on their counter, they don't call it out, and sometimes it was taken by mistake by another customer. Not a good ambience and noisy from poor acoustics, very short hours. I stopped visiting and now go to other coffee houses in the area for more peaceful dining. Indoor restrooms. They have added more outdoor tables, mainly used by smokers and pet owners. When there is entertainment, it's mobbed and over crowded inside and waitress service is very slow.

Best coffee. I always tell my customers (I don't work in a coffee serving store) if they want the best cup of coffee, unless youve been to Italy, go to Rain Shadow!
