Breakfast all day! Popular with the locals, service is very good and so is the food. Extensive breakfast and lunch menus, good prices. Cozy, with knotty pine paneling. Exactly what we were looking for -- we'll be back very soon!
If you only have a day in Chelan, eat here. Breakfast all day (they're jammed in the morning for good reason, ask to dine in the lounge to avoid a wait), daily specials (pot roast, pork roast, $1.50 tacos), mimosas, pies... and fast, friendly down-home service. LOVE it here. Apple Cup Cafe makes Chelan special.
I ordered the Mama's meatloaf. It is a processed slab of meatloaf that came from some store. The corn served with it was awful. The mashed potatoes and gravy were okay. The service was not very good and the waitress it was not very good.

Cozy, community oriented...everyone meets at Apple Cup once in a while. Fast & friendly service. Amazing portions! Love the eggs Benedict/Florentine. A little on the expensive side.
Nice folks working there, food is good with something for everyone. Prices have certainly increased the past few years, but that goes for every business in town. If you're blocked up from a long drive The Apple Cup will solve that problem in a heartbeat. Let's just say I never make any stops on the way home.
"The Bob" might be the best breakfast I've ever had. Loved it!
Food was delicious- some of the best French toast I’ve had in my entire life!! I wish there was a way I could’ve tipped the chefs directly because our waiter(s) were pretty rude, both neither spoke one word to us the entire time and ignored most of our questions. It seems to me they were talkative with older guests so perhaps they assumed we wouldn’t tip good because we appeared young? Not sure, I can only hope that’s the reason lol. There was a very sweet older lady at the register who got us water and was so kind even though she wasn’t our waitress. Anyways, I gave 5 stars because the food was amazing and I assume those 2rude waiters are not representative of the people who actually own it!
I didn't care much for the coffee, but the chicken fried steak was amazing. Had a really nice steak flavor and not just ground meat like some restaurants I've been to.
Just ok. Don't order the reuben sandwich. Only 2 slices of meat.
The food is generally what you'd expect from such a cafe, the difference was the great service. Will come back next time I'm in town.

Felt unwelcome when greeted inside, No napkins and utensils, the coffee wasn’t the best and when the food came out my omelet was cold. Felt like a burden to ask to have warmed up. Just sad to experience something like this when other reviewers haven’t.
Best staff, food and dining room in Chelan! They go above and beyond. We went back for breakfast three times! They made our food so fast and perfectly crafted we were able to be in and out in less than 30 minutes each morning. Incredible!
I forgot to take a before photo, but here’s the after. Nothing left because the omelette was delicious! Fast, courteous service staff, clean restaurant, good food, and good portion sizes, and reasonable prices. What’s not to like? Highly recommend coming here for breakfast.

It was wonderful!! The service and food is top notch. We always have breakfast there when we are in Chelan. See you in the fall.
