Great coffee, even better service. The hot chocolate is also excellent. Donuts are my favorite treat and “The Family Bean” offers a variety of yummy choices. Excellent value.

Superior customer service is an understatement! I arrived a few minutes after they closed however I was coaxed back out of my truck to come in and order what I wanted… I tried to plead my case that it was Friday, and that I didn’t want to inconvenience them. She wouldn’t take no for an answer. Hands down one of the best hot sandwiches in town! They also sent me with a goody bag to take back to the hungry bears across the street (construction workers) Its refreshing to find people in the service industry that haven’t lost touch with why they are doing what they do. Class act establishment. You will always have my business!
Hidden gem outside downtown Chelan! Great coffee and super nice owners! All coffees come with a donut which was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Not friendly! Donuts were old tasting! Updated to respond to owner. - that is not true, we did come in, me and two of my kids. Two people working there were very unfriendly and it was the first time I had been and was not sure what to order, we got coffees and a few donuts each- they were stale and not fresh and cost an outrages amount. If the service had been friendly and not annoyed by us taking a moment longer to order than we could have looked past the donuts.
So cute! The cashier maybe was not having the greatest day, but hey we all have those moments. No stress! My husband got a white chocolate mocha -we were thrown off you can choose level of sweetness! He loved it. I got a dirty chai and it was SO good. And of course we got mini donuts! Might have to go back for more tomorrow morning!
Was looking for old fashion plain donuts and this place came up. Drove over there and asked for plain donuts with no glaze. They couldn't get that right. Went to try one and all of them had glaze on them. Won't make that mistake again.
The spiced Chai is legit! Hands down one of the best I've ever had. I got some honey added to it, and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

So glad I found this place after seeing them on Evening Magazine. You won’t find a better donut anywhere. If you’ve ever waited in line for the mini donuts at Pike palace Market in Seattle you’ll have an idea. They’ve taken those donuts and stepped it up a few notches. They also roast their own coffee which is SO good. I had to buy some beans to take home. On top of that I had the turkey melt which was also amazing. I wish I knew about this place when they opened. I’ll be a regular for sure.
Omg the donuts!!! So good. The cinnamon sugar really are the best, but you have to try them all.

They apparently think the rules don't apply here. None of the employees were wearing masks even when mandatory. No regard for public safety. Very disappointing.

Kind of weird "police-themed" coffee shop...the doughnuts were good but the coffee was pretty bad. I think the milk was slightly off...
