Cozy atmosphere, temperature good, lattes were always yummy. There's a few cozy chairs. Noise level usually lower than Starbucks. Price comparable to Starbucks or any other coffee shops around. The apple coffee cake is delicious. Parking slightly limited but I've never had issues with parking along the road.
Not sure if it was an off day for the barista, but a mocha should taste like a balance of chocolate and coffee. Instead, I got a cup of hot flavorless milk and foam. For the price, I'd expect better.
I have been here a few times to meet with customers..not by choice..service is usually really slow...no non spiced Chai or coconut milk.
Absolutely horrible place. Nothing to eat there. Like absolutely nothing. What’s the point in getting coffee without a nice croissant?! Please shut yourself down and let another bakery like French bakery take this place and make Bothell people happy. We don’t want you here.

This is one of the few coffee shops open before 7am. The drinks have all been good. The breakfast burrito is ok and could be better but good enough to order every time. There has never been a line in the morning and the baristas have always been nice.

Coffee is meh, not much better than Starbucks. This place is very outdated, not very comfortable or clean. Better, newer coffee shops in the area.

First experience there, the barista forgot to add in part of my order but rectified it. The food was good. My coffee order was an iced coffee and I was given a hot latte.. I didn’t correct them because there were two people working both inside and drive thru, that is hectic for them. I will say the latte I got was amazing so I’m not mad lol. 4 stars bec of the two mess ups but they were pleasant and we liked what we got. I will go back
I’ve had many coffees at Cafe Ladro in Bothell but today I want to thank and compliment Nina the barista she helped me get my car out of parking lot as I was Stuck on sheer ice she came out with hot water offered to push me and directed me to use the drive thru which was closed so I could safely exit she also fell down while clearing s path for me I called to make sure she wasn’t hurt What an incredible lady thank you Nina!

Nice place to get a coffee and relax. They have outdoor seating area (the atmosphere on patio is relaxing and cozy). Their coffee is fair trade, which is an important point. They also have organic beans options. Good service and great coffee :)
Called here on 11/06/22 around 11:20 am to check if they are open after the power outage. We drove to 2 cafe's before calling here only to find them closed due to power outage. Called them before we made the drive and a girl picked up. Asked her if they are open and she responded in a condescending tone saying "Well I am answering the phone so yes you can deduce that we are open". Before I could say other places have been closed due to power outages she hung up on me. Whoever you are please get better training at dealing with people because that is your job. Thanks for saving me the drive went to a Starbucks with lovely service. Will not be visiting your cafe ever, it was going to be my first time. If that is your tone on the phone cannot imagine how you actually speak to your paying customers.
Stop giving these people your money. I now count six years of a consistently angry lady working the drive-through who has managed to get our order wrong every single time. Seriously, what did we do to make this lady so upset so long ago? Ask for extra napkins? I am not a demanding person, and their coffee and food is too expensive to treat their customers this poorly.
