Online orders aren’t on point on weekends. My coffee wasn’t too right to taste good. I only get the coffee but not the food every single weekend sometimes unless OTHERWISE I have to let the workers know I have been waiting long on the food.
Can't believe I haven't been here before! The staff were great, friendly, and helpful. The menu seems very simple yet rather confusing. I think its because we have been groomed to seeing so many different drink options with other places. I'd like to say these folks are true baristas in the sense that you could probably explain a flavor you're craving and they'd probably be able to nail it. I feel I can have that confidence with this store. So glad I made it for a Yelp Event and was able to try this place out to see what they got. The layout is nice and open. Doesn't smell like spoiled milk, wasn't loud and overwhelming. Didn't feel like I was surrounded by a FOMO situation with products they offer to sell. The menu is a bit set back at a distance for me and I couldn't read the menu since I forgot my glasses...but refer back to what I said about explaining a flavor you're wanting and WHAMMO! They listen, specify, and execute! Stars are meant to be seen and not caught...just like bucks are meant to be saved and not wasted...head to The Woods and find that connection!
I love the hot chocolate and blueberry scone. Sometimes, I'll opt to get the banana bread which is just as delightful. Good selection of creative beverages.
The Bothell location is a very nice space. The baristas at this location are often wooden, unsmiling, unwelcoming and robotic. I’m offended, frankly. No smile, no thank you, just a bit soul-sucking. I can make coffee at home. I go out for coffee to have a nice little experience a little break from the mundane. I don’t know if these guys have clinical depression or if they’re just antisocial or what the deal is but if you don’t enjoy working with people, don’t be a barista! Sometimes I’ve had very nice baristas at this location. You never know what you’re gonna get. Otherwise coffee’s pretty good. The location is great.
It was a great place to stop in and work for a short time remotely. Great ☕️
My GO TO! I love their blended drinks
Stop placing the drive-thru orders before customers that come in 😡 the only reason why I don't do the drive-thru because my work truck won't fit but yet I will watch cars after cars come in and leave before I get my drink. Just because I come in does it mean I got all the time to waste.
My favorite coffee chain!
I love coming here for coffee and breakfast. The atmosphere is great with lots of space to sit. The baristas are so friendly and helpful! I want to give this location five stars, but the bathrooms are consistently very dirty and lacking supplies. The seating area is very clean so I’m always shocked when I use the restrooms. Hoping to see improvements because I do love going here!
The food wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. Came here for breakfast, and there weren't that many breakfast options. The staff were really friendly though, the shop was very cute and cozy.
Best coffee in town. Nice, friendly service. Always a treat.
Decent coffee shop near a grocery store. This place is popular so it’s hard to find a spot to sit. The cold brew was okay.
This is my favorite coffee spot. The coffe taste really good along with most of the Pattie’s food I’ve tasted. The staff are always friendly and make you feel welcomed. I like its a Washington state company isnd s family owned. They should open more locations (Kirkland, Kenmore, Woodinville, even Seattle) because they’d do well anywhere.
I am a HUGE woods coffee fan. And I was so excited they were located in Bothell, which is close to my home. I had seen their meeting rooms in Skagit County and Whatcom County and knew it would be a perfect spot to hold a retreat for my son and his confirmation sponsor. I reserved the "meeting room" at their Bothell location and walked in to the shocking realization that it wasn't a meeting room AT ALL. It was a long table in the middle of the room. The language on their website needs to be changed to reflect reality, perhaps "Reserved Table" may have been a better choice of words? I immediately called the Hilton Garden Inn down the road and they were so gracious and offered us their library and free coffee. Just a heads up, if you are looking for a Meeting Room in a coffee house, try Mixed Community Coffee in Mill Creek. Their table is in a separate space with a closing door. Come to this Woods for the coffee, not meetings.
This is my favorite coffee spot in Bothell to meet up with people and start the day. They support local law enforcement and it’s always clean and tidy inside. The baristas are very friendly and the atmosphere is calming.
Loved my iced coconut latte
Very unfriendly staff to each order and customers. Do they like working there? Matcha did not taste good and all of our drinks were watered down. Area behind the counter was not clean - counters, sink and floors. Yikes, are the food and drinks safe to drink? Skipping this cafe in the future.
This review is for the Bothell location as I haven't visited the others. I am always impressed. Their coffee is great along with the food items. My daughter and I go hit the drive through usually Sunday mornings. She gets one of their elaborate drinks while I get a large iced oat milk mocha. The bagel bites are really tasty so give them a try as well.
Great coffee, smoothies and pastries! Warm and inviting atmosphere. Gas fireplace is nice and toasty.
Nice little find for a Saturday morning stop to sip a coffee or tea and chat. The seating area is spread out and cozy. There are plenty of spots for couples or small groups. They have a nice, warm gas fireplace with a couple of cozy chairs. The coffee has a smooth taste and the servers are attentive and friendly. They also have a drive thru lane behind the shop. Great weekend spot!
