This place has all the things you'd want from a coffee shop. I'd appreciate if they had just one gluten free baked good option, but that doesn't take away a star from this stellar place.

This place was amazing. My husband said his mocha was the best one he had since we have been in Staunton. They had tea that I enjoyed in these lovely porcelain mugs. Pastries were delicious! Loved the atmosphere. Not sure why, but they need a flag or a bigger sign, to bring attention that they are there. If it was not for Google, we would have missed our new favorite spot.

I had the best experience at Serendipity Staunton! The food was AMAZING! I had there made from scratch cinnamon roll and homemade biscuit sandwich! Sooo good!! Also had to try their cinnamon roll iced latte and it did not disappoint! Lovely atmosphere and beautiful decor. The owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

The place is very nice to be in, very cozy, very nicely decorated! It's often difficult to get hot beverages that are actually hot and they have no microwave to fix that. The food is very good. They have some nice pastries too. Prices are quite high, though.

While it is a good place to hang out for coffee, I have to say I was so so disappointed with the French toast. First of all it was barely warm( butter wouldn’t melt). It was completely dry in the center. It was described as custard style. Bread needs to be saturated in “custard “ not just a quick dip or spread on top before it it placed on the griddle. Dry and cold. Won’t be getting g this again. They did, however, redeem themselves with the bacon. It was hot and delicious.

I’d give it a 3.5. Ambience fun and nice to see a downtown business thriving. Expresso drink up to expectations and a 5/5 for large serving of hot, smoky bacon. Unfortunately the centerpiece, French Toast was dry and barely warm, hence the subpar rating

Cool and cozy cafe by the train station. Great homemade bread. Good espresso. Worth a visit if you are walking around downtown.
