Loved the cute little store with herbal supplements and great vibes. Only gripe I have is, if you are going to put veganese mayo on something don't put it with meat. It is very difficult to eat vegan at this establishment though having some teasings of options. Suggestion, stop by an Aldi and grab some meatless sausage and alt cheese, and pre-marinate your tofu to taste like egg (nutritional yeast, black salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and tumeric). Look forward to coming back though for your fantastic lavender oatmilk.

Excellent place to eat, snack, do business or just get the best for your body inside and out. Wonderful staff and a very well organized and clean atmosphere. They even have a top floor for rehearsals or big gatherings all for free. LOVE IT!

Thought about going today then remembered the bar tender telling the waitress I'd like Diabetes after asking on the baked goods. Disgusting, I'm not forgetting that transgression.

This is a great vitamin & alternative medicine store, that happens to have a small cafe, I got the hash brown casserole, it was $6.99. I thought it would be a larger dish at $6.09, but it is a side dish. I ordered a side of bacon. The casserole seemed to be left over. It seemed to be left out with out being wrapped or covered & had a little bit of that dry texture food gets if it has not been covered. The taste was just ok. The bacon is very thin. I remarked to my friends that I didn’t know how they were able to separate it from the pack. My friends all said, “It’s microwave bacon “! What!!?? I’m a foodie! I had wanted to eat here before & now I have. If you need some vitamins or some gluten free products or organic frozen foods or meats, this is an ideal place. If you want a delicious breakfast with some ice in your water, I suggest finding somewhere else. Sorry guys, I hate being negative.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. There’s a few vegan options which is better than most places nearby. Definitely wish they had more, though. The wrap was so delicious, way better than I was anticipating. The grocery store had pretty much everything I’d get but will have a hard time ever being able to afford anything in there. I will definitely return to check out more.

Cool little spot with lots of vegan options. You would never expect it to be here if you were just passing through.

I love this little store, it reminds me of one of the organic stores that I used to visit back home. A kitchen in the back makes incredible food and they have a really awesome variety of teas, and loose herbs 😋

Cranberrys is a Staunton treasure. After a tough pandemic period, they have regained their footing, and it's fun to feel the positive vibes these days, especially with some delightful young people at the register. Dine-in menu is slimmed down but consistently good, and the grocery section is remarkably well-stocked. In fact the inventory of the entire store, with supplements, tinctures, personal hygiene products, sustainable home products-- and snacks, chocolate, coffee, teas, wines-- is just amazing.

Clean and friendly staff. A lot of organic food. However, we got a breakfast burrito and cheese hash browns. We loved getting this for when we visited Staunton. This time the burrito had crunchy rice and the cheesey hash browns were over cooked (burned on top). We are hoping that this is a fluke. Normally we love it.

I come here often, because I love the food and the atmosphere, but this morning I ordered a breakfast burrito to go. I was planning on eating it at my office, but when I opened it up, there was so much liquid in the filling that it immediately fell apart. Surely, there is a way to take more care in making these so they aren't so messy. I spent $15 on a meal, most of which I was not able to eat.

I was disappointed by the lack of friendliness from staff. I ended up throwing away my latte because it tasted like spoiled milk.

Stopped here because we were ahead of schedule for a rehearsal. Had the cranberry tea and an everything bagel. The store also sells organic products (soaps, etc.). The smells from these items became noticeable while I waited for my order. The food was okay, but I was afraid my asthma would get triggered by the fragrances.

We needed breakfast on our second day in Staunton, and randomly stopped by Cranberry's. We were not disappointed. The breakfast burrito was pretty much what one would expect, without the heavy overload of cheese that one often sees. The oatmeal was frankly gorgeous if a little sweet given the size of the maple syrup bowl in the center. As for decor, remember that this is primarily a drugstore, and the fittings were attractive. The old-style two bladed fans hanging down from the textured tin ceiling all ran (via belts) off of a single motor, and were a wonder to watch. We're not deeply into the homeopathic medicine market, and can't tell you how good it was at it's primary purpose.

They should advertise as vegetarian/vegan. The menu is very limited and only one item offered meat (turkey). The staff was very friendly but again, a very limited (less than 20 options) non-meat menu. I would not call it a grocery but more or a health supplement store with a eatery located in the back. They did offer my favorite Nighingale Ice Cream Sandwiches which I was happy to introduce to my teen grandchildren. They also sold Route 11 potato chips. A nice quaint stop for a quick meal but if you are a carnivore, you will be disappointed.
