Great atmosphere and good food. Coffee is Starbucks quality, not very good.

This is a Black owned business, the service is exceptional. My 3rd time going the waiter knew my name (Great Customer Service). The food is good as well. Try them out you won't be disappointed 🥰

Service was outstanding, very personable. Food and drinks were spot on. Made our own bagel breakfast sandwiches. Got the Boss drink to try something unique and love it. Lots of vegetarian options.
A local coffee shop filling a need downtown with a great vibe and great coffee. I tried Kelli's Latte iced which was tasty and made fast. Staff were friendly and helpful. I look forward to grabbing some breakfast next time I'm in the area.

Had a very yummy macchiato this morning !
I checked them out today for the 1st time and eveything was great. The croissants have me wanting more along with the caramel latte. I was leaving out as I notice them making seafood salad and they let me get a sample so I had to get that too. Im only sad I didn't get a bigger size. Will definitely be back
Drip coffee was good. Since I was visiting overnight, I didn't have a chance to try other drinks and food offered. I try local coffee shops whenever I can. It was a good find.
Love establishment with very welcoming staff. My orders are always prepared very timely and with care. They have a great selection of food and beverages for customers to enjoy as well as a fair amount of community paraphernalia for sale to support them and other businesses they are in partnership with.
Waited for a cup of plain black coffee for over 5 minutes while they fulfilled pick up orders. Just gave up and left because it was so annoying. Didn’t even get the coffee.
Get out of any long coffee line you're in and RUN over to this fabulous place. Kind, fun, artistic, inclusive, effective staff with the BEST coffee and light bites. UHS represents the best of what Richmond (and the USA) can and should be.
The first time I came here I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no bread because they didn’t have anything gluten-free in stock and it was still so delicious! Today I went back to order a latte, and there was someone in the coffee shop who ordered after six other people yelling at the staff and demanding that they make his drink first. The staff held their composure, were kind and accommodating to all of the customers and did an amazing job handling a rude customer while taking care of their other customers beautifully.
Urban hang Suite has improved. Great Customer Service thank you very much.
