Get your complete daily caloric intake at one stop. Sugar Shack is a small local chain. It has a decent selection of a variety of donuts are consistently good. The shop on Lombardy is small with limited seating and no decent outdoor seating. Parking is also limited.

Slow service but really tasty doughnuts, they taste different than other doughnuts I've had in Richmond
Staff was nice, donuts look good but they do not have gluten free options and it wasn't clearly stated. Edit- If your establishment shows up when I type in gluten free donuts as the second option and there are no gluten free donuts, it sends a bad message. When your owner sends a snooty reply due to a 3 Star review, it also sends a bad message.
Loved the donuts but the best thing about this experience was the worker who helped me. Bug was so kind and helpful. They were super knowledgeable and really helped me make my decisions. His donut recommendations were wonderful and I enjoyed every bite. They should definitely definitely get a raise 😊

My husband love this place. We go almost every day, but he did get me hooked on the maple donut with bacon. It's so good.

Used to be our go-to for doughnuts. Ordered through door dash today and 2 of the 3 old fashioned doughnuts were dry, crumbly and stale as if they were from yesterday. We won't be taking the chance anymore, as it feels like a burn to waste good money on poor product.
Overly sugary flavorless donuts. Run by high school kids who can’t take orders and definitely don’t care. Both our donut order and coffee orders were wrong. When I asked about the incorrect coffee order the person said ‘I made what I made so whatever.’ Adorable.
Ordered ahead. The donuts that they had were delicious, but they didn't have all the donuts that I ordered. It was 8 in the morning, but I thought bakers came in early so that the food would be ready in the morning.
The donuts are great. The parking situation isn't great and they didn't have my online order ready so I had to wait awhile.
Always an excellent selection of exceptional donuts! We regularly make trips all the way from Norfolk just to grab a box of these donuts.

Went there when there was a super rude Asian lady (nerdy looking with glasses) telling people where to stand…how am I supposed to enjoy a donut when the customer service was so crappy…donuts were stale…seemed like they sold very old ones…will never return…
Good food and coffee, but confused as to why I was charged a “delivery fee” as a walk-in? Seems like customers might be getting slightly over charged without being informed.
