Cute little local cafe. It's outdoor seating only, which is fine, but cancels out the chance of me ever going if the weather is anything less than beautiful out. The Thai coffee is delicious, and the iced chai is spiced pretty well. Alcohol to go is priced lower than dine in, so it can be a good "bodega" type option for locals to pick up some more interesting beverages to enjoy at home. I will say it's generally more expensive than other coffee shops I've been to, so for now it's just an every now and then treat. Do wish they were open on Mondays as that's the day I'm most likely to want a caffeine boost to start my day. Edit: also the full paper gift certificates are ridiculous cause I can't carry them in my wallet... What's up with that

Got a chai from Starbucks yesterday as a special treat. Tasted like trash. Made my own this afternoon. Also trash. Crossroads ruined me for getting chai anywhere else. The vanilla chai is the BEST thing I’ve ever tasted. I seriously think about it more than I should. The food there is also always on point. The loaded bagel is TO DIE FOR. Go check it out! Highly recommend!

Ordered the burrito and Thai coffee. The coffee was amazing and reminded me of the iced coffee I would get in New Orleans. It was beautifully crafted and well balanced. Every ingredient in the burrito was well seasoned, which is a must. They know what they are doing. The customer service was great as well. I am allergic to coconut now. So, I called ahead of time to confirm the ingredients in my order, and they were so pleasant. Will be back again!

I can convince my wife to get out of bed early on a Sunday morning if I promise Crossroads and a walk around Forest Hill Park. It's a staple in our weekend routines.

Great breakfast burrito and sandwiches! for muffins, cake just ok. Really good coffee and tea. Ice cream! Good service. Big covered porch. Parking. Charity? Any stories of exceptional service?

Prices don’t make sense. Still doing the COVID thing - can’t eat inside.

Great place to get a reasonable meal, or just hang out with a cup of coffee and read the paper. Live music adds to the ambiance. Recently, outdoor window service was initiated and indoor seating is at least temporarily on hold.

Great food, great staff, very nice location, best coffee in Richmond. Only problem is, hours are a little weird, and u gotta miss the indoor seating.

I used to love going to crossroads when they had there building open. Now they only have a take out window and it takes away from the whole experience of a local cafe. Thankful new cafe's have opened up in the area that offer a charming atmosphere with exception coffee and food. Hopefully crossroads can step there game up before its to late!

This is a pretty cool place. The drinks were pretty good and at a reasonable price. Service was good. I do have to say if you have to go to the bathroom that you'll be using a port a potty. They do keep it very clean though. It was the cleanest I have ever seen. I would certainly recommend this place.

Crossroads has incredible food and coffee in a very comfortable setting. They are also pet friendly. Lauren who works the window is very beautiful and super nice, she always gets the day started in the best direction possible.

Food is awesome -- a bit slow -- but their breakfast burrito is to die for! Service is awesome -- very friendly! Ambiance/atmosphere is 1/5 - a parking lot with a tent next to a busy four-lane road. I used to love this place back in the 00's. A converted auto-garage, you could go inside, sip coffee with your ice cream, and read a book. Now, it's literally just a parking lot and a tent with some port-a-johns. Why should I pay coffee-shop prices to stand out in the weather next to a highway for what is essentially take out? Seriously, people, open your doors!
