I had a burger which was great. Nice atmosphere, prompt friendly service. Reasonably priced.
We love Crafted! Atmosphere, staff, food and drinks are all excellent.
Attention General Manager, please read this! We arrived about 45 minutes before closing, however we weren't drinking and had an idea of what we wanted to eat. We clean up after ourselves and tip well. We were greeted by a young lady who was cleaning up, who then turned us over to the host. He quickly pointed out that last call was "in 10 minutes". Maybe greet us with a smile and seat us, and then just mention that last call was 9:30? I get that you have worked all day and want to close and go home, but have some tact. Our server was nice, and we were ready to order when she brought us our water. The salads were good, and even though they were slightly burned, our Chicken Wraps were tasty. The restaurant is nicely decorated. However, right before we left, screaming broke out in the kitchen with F bombs flying. Ourselves, two small tables, and a large party all looked and listened in disbelief..if I wanted drama I would go on a talk show! This business has great potential, but between the less than warm welcome and the screaming match in the back, this restaurant needs a little refining. BTW for the host worried that we would keep them after closing, we sat down at 9:17 and walked out at 9:44, and we were not the last ones to leave.
The scrambled eggs are delicious, near perfect with good flavor and texture neither dry or runny. It was amazing foody
Been here a few times and it's never been all that busy. Grabbed a seat at the bar last visit, bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Food is solid, might become our go to for a good burger.

We reserved a room for a birthday/engagement dinner and it was WONDERFUL. Marla was such a great server, so attentive, and pleasant! She gave exceptional service!! Thank you Marla for hosting us last night!
Great location, pricing and vibes. Our server Otisha was so lovely! Very attentive and personable. Food was TOP TIER, literally everything was perfect. (Huge thanks to the chef, JT!) We will definitely be returning.
Getting a five star review simply on service alone. We stopped in for a quick drink and some apps before Hamilton and Jennifer J was out server. Not only was she personable and informative, but when I asked if they carried Bleu cheese stuffed olives (they don't) she didn't skip a beat in offering up her time to make a few for my martini. HUGE customer service and I was incredibly appreciative! The hosts were also very polite and friendly! This is a very rare night out for my husband and I, and we were just ecstatic over the service. Food was great too! But the service blows all of it out of the water. Great job! And thank you!
Met up with an old coworker to have lunch and we found this little restaurant called "Crafted" right in Libby Mill. It was awesome the service, the food, I think our waiter name was Mark (I'm sorry if I got it wrong) he was so knowledgeable about all the items on the menu and they had a full bar (a shot of espresso vodka to go in your ice coffee... you'll thank me later!) Everything I got was good but those pulled pork egg rolls and that crab dip... Yes sir! They put some extra love when the cook was cooking... and I thank you! The atmosphere was just lovely. I'll definitely be back!
I've been here 3 times since they opened, and enjoyed it every time. Amazing service, had three different servers and all of them were outstanding. The food is delicious. Over the course of the three visits I've had the pork rind app, the pimento cheese app, two of the different burgers, as well as trying my wife's Philly steak and tomato soup. All of it has been extremely good. Great location, great pricing. Depending on when you go it may be slightly more busy, but we've never had a hard time getting a table. They have enough table space to seat everything from couples to large groups.
Service was terrible, server acted like she hated her life. Didn’t come to table often. Sides where cold. Manager was great, he handled everything.
The waitress was very pleasant. Our table wobbled, and was sticky. The food left something to be desired…. The fries tasted stale, the burger was dry (although everything around it was good), and the butternut squash soup was spicy - served with nothing (no croutons, crackers, or. a roll). Not a place we would go back to.
We ordered the Brussels salad, Libbie Mill, Beef cheddar burger, and Poutine. We shared around the table, and everything was delicious, but if i had to pick my favorite, it was the Poutine and Burger! After having fries with cheese curds in gravy in Canada, we have been on the hunt for something similar, and this place delivers! Waffle fries with cheese curds and sausage gravy?!?! Yes, please! Service was also great, so we will definitely be back.
Excellent lunch! Rare “date” afternoon with the wifey sans kids and decided to try something new and local. Wow. Menu is spot on not too big, not limited. Pimento cheese appetizer rivals NC homemade pimento cheese. Server was a tad too busy to give A+ service but the BOH made up for the experience. We had a chicken sandwich and a beef sammy, both stellar. We will definitely add Crafted to the regular special occasion stop. And we might be forced to bring the kiddos once they saw our leftovers. I forgot to mention the vast craft beer selection and great option for 6oz pours. Let’s you try various brews without breaking the bank or your BAC. Thanks Crafted for an outstanding job!!!!
Lovely restaurant. Great atmosphere. I eat here with work colleagues and vendors. Very responsive staff and great food.

I love crafted. The service is amazing. I’ll admit I’ve had one or two less than great visits but the staff made up for it in their amazing attitudes. You feel like you are at your neighborhood bar. You always feel welcome and the food is great. I’m also a huge fan of their Old Fashioned

First time trying went for lunch. None of our food was good, had the corn humus app no flavor and pita chips were burnt. Brussel sprout salad, no flavor, dressing was not mixed or something just globs of what looked like mayonnaise. Only ate two bites. Beef and cheddar sandwich was ok, but no sauce and frozen fries. Service was meh. No care for the food or the customers. Waste of time and money.
