Mai is upbeat, patient, and professional. Made our problems disappear by running interference with a number of Cap One conflicting departments by getting on the phone to resolve issues. Really impressed us with alternative solutions and no pressure. Only wish CO would offer something in their App like an ID for use at the cafe for those of us who don't want a debit card.

Jordan was the one who helped me out with opening up my accounts and although there were some issues she got through them asap and she was very sweet. Also, thanks to the other girl who also helped out a bit. Great customer service.

Went in to ask a bunch of very specific questions before deciding whether to abandon the dumpster fire that is Truist and switch all of our checking and savings accounts to Capital One bank. Izzy was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process after answering or finding the answers to all of our ridiculously specific questions. We had a wonderful experience on the banking side and got some delicious coffee after it was all done. I would highly recommend both Izzy and the cafe and can’t believe I am actually looking forward to switching all of banking to Capital One!

Went in to see if we could get my wife a replacement cc. Was greeted by Ellie, and she was amazing. Answered all our questions, helped us through getting a replacement and she was so friendly my 2 year loved her. She gave us free drinks for it being our first time. This was probably the best experience ever in a bank we had. Because of Ellie we are life time customers.

Izzy was very helpful and explained every credit card Capital One offers very well. Thank you for your professionalism and for the drink while I waited.

Great place to get banking done and receive a discount on menu items as a Capital One cardholder. Good meeting spaces as well.

I do not usually leave reviews, but that is how amazing my experience was at the Capital One Bank Cafe in Short Pump! I was warmly greeted as I entered by the Cafe and Bank employees, and proceeded to be efficiently and successfully taken care of by Mambo whose customer service was absolutely top tier!! Kudos to Mambo! I went for actual banking reasons, but still left with a great frappe and a smile on my face.

We had exceptional service resolving a credit card issue at the Short Pump Capital One Cafe. Watkins Holt and Ty Murdaugh were very caring, knowledgeable, persistent and professional ambassadors for Capital One. In the future we will go back to that location rather than spend hours on the telephone with centralized customer service. Thanks guys!!!!!

We usually see Cassidy when we come by the Cafe but we were fortunate to get Amrutha on our visit to open our sons first checking and savings accounts. She was knowledgeable, professional, exceedingly capable and was absolutely charming. Couldn't be happier with our experience and we owe it to Amrutha.

Even when a full line. The person at the cashier I’m front of us got tired of waiting and left. We got to the the cashier and after a while waiting with three employees behind the counter, no one said anything to us as they worked to prepare earlier orders. At least acknowledge people waiting instead of just ignoring customers. If this is what capital one is all about with the public no wonder their customer service is getting worse and worse. I would rather pay more with cafe and card somewhere else rather than use capital one one. Such BAD customer service all around at their cafes!!

The ambassadors we're very knowledgeable about the questions I had. Coffee is half off for card members and there are two ATMs inside. Was very laid back environment.

First time coming here. Capital One Cafe is also a bank. Took a chance to see if we could get a medallion stamp to certify the document. Unfortunately, the cafe bank can’t do it, we have to go to the actual bank to get it done. The ambassador at the cafe was so nice and helpful. He made several phone calls for us to confirm that Capital One offers this service at the Woodbridge branch. Best customer service ever experienced!! He even paid for our drink! Highly recommended! Next time when I come by Short Pump, I will stop by for a coffee, 50% off for Capital One customers.

Wow, we were so impressed with this place. I had never been into a Capital One Cafe before and one of the advisors, named Elle, welcomed us in and even paid for our drink. We were so impressed. What a great experience. I would highly recommend this location. The drinks were better than starbucks, and if you're a Capital One customer you get 50% off. It doesn't get much better than that!

Super loud and unprofessional. I wish the staff would be professional and considerate to people working. One barista was on her phone with another staff member by the water station while someone else did all the work behind the counter. The same barista was singing obnoxiously loud and the other coworker was talking loudly about her personal life and an issue she had with a customer. I just think there is a time and a place and a banking establishment with people working is not it. I appreciate the cleanliness but I only came in to get work done.
