Went in the market street location to get a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel at 9:50. Waited forever did not get my order until 10:10, the girl made about 20 orders before. She brought out all the bags and called people for their food. That's crazy, you need to call out the order when the food is ready. A long wait for pricey food. Need to get it together.. was in instore order me and 2 other people stood shaking our heads
Twice now they’ve given me my order assuring it’s everything only for me to drive across town and realize I only have half of what I paid for :/ fool me twice
9 time out of 10 the homefries are burnt!! I mean black. Is this the recipe?? They should not even be served like that. Staff seems like they don’t care as well as the food quality is poor
My wife threw out the coffee she purchased and we went to the next Starbucks

my family has been coming here for years. Always loved Mr. J’s. Decreased in quality. Received bagels half of the size of the bagels from previous experiences. Spoke to someone and they stated “that’s just how they come” Disappointed!
Good breakfast and lunch options. Tasted awesome, just wished they had coffee varieties.
Awesome place for bagels. Great price. We stop in as we are traveling through. We always pick up a couple bags of day old bagels to vacuum seal and freeze: $7 for a dozen!
Excellent bagels and sandwiches for both breakfast & lunch. Definitely must go! Bagel bites are delicious and have gotten bigger over time.
Always a great experience and amazing food. One of the few places where it’s the same every single time. I’m me of the staples of my JMU experience.

Great bagels! The dusting around the restaurant could be better. There was dust caked on the hand sanitizer and thick dust around the restaurant.

Food wasn't very good and they treated the friends that brought us there very poorly. It took the staff about half an hour to get their food, despite the fact that they ordered before us. The food they were served looked bad, like it was maliciously slapped together to have the last laugh. I wasn't expecting high dining or lighting fast service, but they shouldn't have been disrespectful or let the food come out the way it did.
Horrible service!! Waited about 40 mins for 2 B.E.C. with cold bread !!?!?!?!… front workers very good at ignoring thankfully a kitchen guy stepped up and got my order.
I recently visited my family in Virginia, and we decided to go to a small place usually better food, better customer service,, but nope!! CONGRATULATIONS you made it to my worse experience there! food was horrible, front workers were very rude .
Bagel was good, wait for it when it was hardly busy, not so good
Very clean…friendly…as usual, the food I ordered was delicious.. this time blueberry muffin, chocolate chip muffins and a French toast bagel.
