Love everything this business stands for!! The cats are all clearly very happy and well taken care of. Everything is so clean and so many enrichments for the cats. The employees are so so kind and welcoming. I spoke with the owner as well and she is so sweet and loved speaking with her. Everyone there really cares about the well being of these adorable babies :)
It was a great experience and something I would recommend to anyone who loves cats. The cats were cute and many let you pet them, the staff was very nice and helpful, there was a lot of drink options, and even the other patrons were friendly. You can tell that the people who run this place deeply cares for the well-being of the animals and work hard to ensure a good life for the cats! They also sell really cute stickers, caps, and more! It is well worth the time and money to visit, and if I lived locally, I would easily become a regular customer.

The Kitty Loft is like going to a spa with the addition of great cats to pet, friendly staff , and awesome beverages. Soothing music plays in the background. Best therapy ever.

Cozy cafe with lots a delicious crafted tea beverage options plus the unique opportunity to visit rescue cats from a local humane society. Matcha tea that Amanda recommended was awesome! Variety of locally sourced baked goods and cat themed items also available for sale. Love this place! 💕
Great wifi, clean (gender neutral) bathrooms, handmade baked goods, high quality tea, fun company. Cats are viewable from the cafe, separated by glass (allergy friendly). PAwesome addition to the community - Thank You! 🐾

I cannot speak highly enough of Aristocat!!! We have gone a few times and have loved every moment of it. I'm not a huge cat person (mostly due to allergies). However, I have loved being able to watch the kitties play in their room and not sneeze! The tea is so delicious. The owner has so much knowledge and passion for tea. The service is fantastic. I am so so so excited to have such a wonderful place in Harrisonburg!
We had a wonderful visit! The baked goods were great, we really enjoyed our drinks, and it was so much fun to spend time with the cats! Definitely appreciated buying some cat bait, they loved the Churu tubes! I'll have to be back sometime in the near future!

Perfect start to Mother’s Day! My husband was worried about this and thought we would be sitting at a table and cats would just be walking all over the table and being in the way. That was absolutely not what happened. They have the cats in a separate room and you can go in the room and play with the cats or you can sit outside the room and watch the cats from your table. The staff was welcoming and courteous, and the shop had a huge variety of different teas, coffee drinks, and little treats. You can also buy cat treats and catnip to give to the cats while you’re visiting them. Obviously, the best part of the entire experience was the 10 or so cats that were in the loft. The cats were friendly, playful, and inquisitive. Everything you would expect from well socialized cats. I can’t wait to do this again!
Today was my first time at the aristocat cafe and it was a wonderful experience! Such a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. It’s so sweet how all the cats there are available for adoption and given a nice place to live until they find their forever family. Would recommend for cat lovers.
Very friendly staff and excellent experience with all the cats. Lots of personalities and ages. Dirty chai latte was very tasty. Would recommend getting the "cat bait" before going in. They love a bit of yogurt.
Wonderful atmosphere, tea, and cats. I would highly recommend to all! Amanda is such a caring, thoughtful, and amazing person with an extensive knowledge of tea. Without a doubt one of our favorite spots in town, and we come back often.

A beautiful and calming space with a large menu of tea, tea lattes, and coffee drinks. They also have a rotating selection of baked goods that are locally made. The cat room is clean and has a lot of space for the cats to relax, nap, play, and hide if they want. If you’re allergic to cats, you can still enjoy the cafe space since it’s completely separate from the cat room. Check out the cat murals in the bathrooms!
