Since when do they not give hot donuts when the red light is on?
Ordered an assorted box of minis and had it delivered. It arrived really quickly and was delicious! They charge delivery and service fees ($7 total), but worth it if you're in a bind for time or placing a larger order.
So I always come here to this location and for asking as I’ve known and been coming here BUTTER CAKE was never a specialty it doesn’t even have a sight for this donut to be speciality nor was it on the cream like the others specialty donuts were. And I told them that aswell and they litterally CHARGED US EXTRA for one donut not to mention lied to our faces and told us that it’s a specialty cake when they always have this donut.
Donuts are fresh. They're too sweet for me.
It's not just a donut. This North Carolina-created pastry is a delicacy.

Who doesn't love a fresh glazed donut from Krispy Kreme? I don't do donuts often, but a couple of weeks ago, my brother and I decided to hit up this Krispy Kreme. Pros: Clean. No massive waits. Fresh donuts. Staff is nice. Con: Location. You gotta deal with two separate off ramps in order to get into the right lane and get to this Krispy Kreme. Sometimes its a non-issue, but a lot of times, it can be a pain. Overall: I recommend. Never had any problems with Krispy Kreme in general.

So this is a review based only on this one bad experience out of many great ones at this location. My recommendation is don’t go after 10:30 for assorted doughnuts. First of all we get there at 10:45, the lobby hours are until 11….the door was already locked. So we go through the drive through. Ordered a dozen glazed no problem. Then I order a dozen assorted and the clerk proceeded to ask what doughnuts I would like in the assorted. I get about 8 doughnuts in,(three different varieties), then I ask if they had glazed chocolate with sprinkles… then he comes back with we only have blueberry and glazed…those were the only two kinds of doughnuts available until the next morning at 6:30. We did he let me order so many before I was told there was only blueberry??? So unless you don’t want a variety and glazed will do then you will have no issues, but in this case, I was not happy and our 4 year old was disappointed she didn’t get chocolate glazed with sprinkles.
About the 6th time any time after 5pm they only have glaze and blueberry donuts .I could have sat there and listed 4 or 5 different ones and they are like we don't have it . I look inside they have wide selection. They either lazy or blind .
Amazing customer service. Fresh donuts! Everyone was friendly. Clean inside. Great prices and selection! They even have smoothies and sell merchandise inside.

Though I've had a bitter opinion about this location in the past, the drive-thru girl is the sweetest person ever. She always makes my day coming though there!
Conveniently located off of I-64 Battlefield Blvd Exit. The place is clean and I appreciate their fast service. I didn't have to wait for a long time to be assisted.
It's Krispy Kreme you really can't go wrong
KRISPY Kreme serves perfect clouds of fluffy sugar dough. So good even if I know I shouldn't be eating them.
