Maple Bacon glazed are amazing. Freshly made and piping hot.
If you want donuts at 0730 on a Monday morning, don’t go here. They don’t have any and say it’ll be 10min for them to make the batter.

Horrible experience. The worker messed up my order and then stated she was going to fix my order which I had no problem and she told me I could have the donuts that she had messed up on. She later stated it was corporate policy and I’d have to pay for the donuts she messed up on and then took two donuts out of my box due to the fact that she messed up because she had stated I had to pay for the donuts as she is only allowed to replace one but she messed up two donuts. As one was a just coconut donuts and the other was a lemon raspberry but she had made a lemon raspberry and coconut donut all in one. I then watched her throw the donuts that she messed up on in the trash. In this instance she should’ve gave the customer the donuts especially since she messed the order up and then the customer had to wait almost 10 minutes for the mistake to corrected. Even when she initially stated that I could have the messed up donuts. I will not return to this location if this is how a business treats their customers. Especially since I had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to fix the donuts that they initially messed up. It would be one thing if the employee didn’t state that I could initially have the donuts because it’s understandable that people make mistakes but this one has cost them a returning customer as I will not be returning because I cannot support a business like this. And with all the waiting my once hot donuts were cold after waiting for the two donuts to be replaced.
Best donuts by far. The employees here always seem to be the best. Only complaint is they are not open early enough.
Quite honestly the best donuts I've had in my life. The donuts are made to order so you will be walking out with warm and fantastic tasting donuts. I'm not exaggerating when I said they are the best donuts I've ever had. Give this a try!
The location on Battlefield boulevard in Chesapeake Virginia is outstanding! The associates were professional and polite. Best of all, my order was prepared promptly.
I was greeted by Rachel and watched decorate my donuts to perfection. She greeted everyone with the same kind smile even if they were rude also while juggling questions and answers...
I ordered online for curbside pick up. My order was due to be done and ready at 7:59am. I arrived at the store and called at 8am. The man who answered the phone said they didn't have a spot to park in and he didn't have the staff to bring my food out. He also stated he was not done preparing part of it. I explained I was not dressed to go inside as it was supposed to be curbside. He dragged out answering like this was my problem to fix and said he would have to figure out someone bringing it to me, but couldn't tell me how long that would take. My mother decided to go in and a few minutes later came out with our sandwiches. They had not even started on the donut order. Not only were there no customers waiting in the store there were 3 staff members. Clearly the shift lead didn't have staffing issues so much as an inability to effectively time manage. The man was running around the store wiping things down and making coffee. The girl making other orders was able to finish 2 dozen donuts in the time it took the girl making our order to finish just 1 dozen. Probably because the girl making ours was airing her dirty laundry out for the entire establishment. I don't have any issues with staff members having conversations, but when discussing your boyfriend issues and shopping plans gets in the way of doing your job its a problem. Our sandwiches were cold by the time we got our donuts. The order was finally complete 20 minutes late.
The cake donuts are the way to go! But they didn't have the chocolate bacon donuts which was a bit of a let down. Fresh to order cakey donuts that is delicious and fluffy

Always a great experience, Mostly the donuts are fresh but I have been served un-fresh donuts twice so I would recommend checking your cake donuts before leaving if possible. Besides that I like this place and the things on their menu.

I like my donuts hot to order the way DD does it every time. Thank you. usually has a nice atmosphere, but I could pass on the staff profanity that I could hear.
The BEST DOUGHNUTS EVER! We purchased the Spooky box. Soooooo good!!! Fun names for each doughnut. Welcoming staff! Stopping on the way home for more😊
