Completely disrespectful when I asked for anything, all I got was either an eye roll or was completely ignored.
Today was the last day I go to this coffee shop. I’ve been coming here everyday for years but this staff is the worse not friendly at all they made me feel like they were mad I walked in and can’t make a drink right

I ususally come here 1x a month but it seems like I came on a bad day. Coffee tasted watery. I thought I would have a better coffee for over $6
I have been going to the same Beans store for 23 years and I can't say enough good things about them. The people are great and there is no better coffee! They take the time to know me and recognize me when i come in. They know my drink and they treat me like Family! I LOVE being a Beans Fan!
I love this coffee shop! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond what is required of them.
I knew a good portion of the employees this time, a year ago. And they are all gone now. And could be rude but since they left, I just can't get my drink right. No matter how many times I try. And in this day and age, I'd rather just deal instead of become a Karen. Not worth it to try and get things right. Ill just find another store to go to.
This location is slowly going downhill. The employees have attitude everytime I’ve gone in this past month. My coffee is either watered down or the espresso tastes burnt. Not coming to this location anymore.
Don't know if it was new people. My coffee seemed water down.

I Love Beans an Brew they just all need to learn how to make the drinks the same way. It's alot of money for a drink when you have to hope it cones out right.

Good just inconsistent and it feels like the staff is always stoned I don't mind it just not for me rather go elsewhere
This location always makes the best coffee. They mix it really well. They sometimes jip you on the whipped cream but all and all they are great
Been going to this location for a few years now and used my card and even tipped well go to check my account it it was over charged and now in the negative but my points on my phone said it was only for what I paid and the tip was 1 (all I had better then nothing or So i thought) so either someone doesn't know how to read number or someone helped themselves to switching how much I tipped.... Guess I'll use nickels next time for over 30$

Swore I would never go back here after they (literally) burned me twice, but had to pass one on the way to work so thought maybe it would be ok this one time. Espresso tastes HORRIBLE, service was bad, filled my cup to the very very top so it could spill out and burn me. (This is a reoccurring theme at Beans and Brews for me) the barista didn't care to answer any of my questions about the food menu, "how big are the hash waffles?" "not that big". "ok, compared to what?* "I don't know" neither do I, but I do know I will NEVER go there again.
Came in the morning after a rough night to have them blasting techno rave music not really a thing to want when your all ready stressed 1st thing in the morning and just want a coffee to go
Very fast service great coffee. I like the iced tea here. The Baristas are very kind as well.
