Delicious Boba and the prices are very reasonable and much less than others I've been to in the area. Popcorn chicken is great! The owner, Anthony, is very kind and personable. I highly recommend you try this place... you won't be disappointed 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Super good boba, and lots of options. I like that they don't overload their drinks with ice, and their prices are awesome!
I'm not sure how incompetent employees can be. I asked for an order that I have been placing once a week for months, and out of no where I cant make that order anymore without adding price changing alterations? Not really sure how a business can justify doing that, for a green Macha with black Boba pearls.
I have never been to the actual location, but delivery is good and the food and boba are amazing!!

Very clean and calming with the music, they have snacks and even rice bowls I'd your hungry. If you don't like Boba or slushies they have water Jarritos and Ramone as alternative options will definitely come back! ☆(ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*

Customer service was bad and we weren’t even able to boba. We love this place too! They locked their doors early when they’re supposed to close at 9. One of the employees friend opened the door to let us in and told us it wasn’t closed. We went in and then the employee side eyes her friend then proceeds to tell us they’re closed. When we asked why they’re closed early, the employee then continued to lie and tell us that the blenders were broken. The other 2 employees in the back were using the blenders to make their group of friends boba drinks. There were a group of teens inside playing around and waiting for the 3 employee friends to finish the boba. When we asked about the blenders being broken, while watching the other girls make the drinks, she kept saying she doesn’t know. Seriously Quickly you should hire employees that are honest and showing customers what Quickly is truly about. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Went in before closing and was informed they are closed when we had 10 mins to order. Then was informed by a worker that they have to close early due to training and that blenders were not working, but there were teenagers in there waiting for there orders and we clearly saw the blenders working. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I always come to this boba shop (3 years) and order the same thing - these people literally do not listen and when you ask for extra boba they will charge you but will fail to put it in your drink. This place used to be really good but since the last year or so they have not been making the drink right. This used to be my favorite place but I think I need to find a new place in salt lake because every time I have gone which is every other week they repeat doing the same simple error and it seems like they just do not care. Ex. I walked in and ordered two panda milk teas and they failed to put the extra boba that I paid for and the Aloe that comes with the drink (both drinks were wrong). I also had a problem where I ordered the popcorn chicken and I bit into it and immediately saw pink in-between the breaded edges and if I didn’t spit the chicken out I would have gotten salmonella. I have been coming here for years and up until a couple month ago this has never happened I hope they can get better service :(

Take order was totally different than what requested. Asked for the person name when called and said that's not necessary. Really bad customer service.
“Super quickly food service!” It only took me one hour to wait for my order! They give my order to someone else who sat outside eating while I had to wait. Even I knew what he had ordered. and the workers don’t even know! Frozen food is not worth the cost!
The drink my sister ordered was not made like it usually was and I asked the staff if they could remake my drink and they were very impolite. They also tried my drink and gave it back to me after they had tried it. I recommend other boba places such as Ding Tea.
When I ordered the boba it tasted a little bit different than the last time I tried it and it tasted bad and so was the popping boba and my cousins got some too but it was really bad and when we went to get a refund the manager asked to try it and said it tasted the same and so we threw it away but the manager didn’t even give us our money back.
