The service today was amazing. Best coffee ever made here today! And the guy at the window was very nice.

I recently visited Beans and Brew, and I was completely blown away by the Cafe Mocha! It was hands down, the best Cafe Mocha that I've ever tasted, much better than Starbucks. The service at Beans and Brew was also outstanding. The baristas were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer any questions I had and providing excellent recommendations. In addition to coffee, Beans and Brew has a great selection of teas and pastries that are baked in-house. In addition to the fantastic drinks and food, the cozy and cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot to work or meet up with friends. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at Beans and Brew, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great coffee spot. Don't forget to try the Cafe Mocha - you won't be disappointed!
I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of me. After I paid my order, another employee came to the window and tried to charge my again for the order behind me. Then when my drink finally came out it was the wrong flavor and didn't have the whipped cream or espresso that I ordered with it.
I normally love beans and brews but this one gave me still frozen breakfast sandwiches and ill never go too this location again.
We were very thankful to find open coffee shop by the trailhead on Thanksgiving. Great service and friendly staff.
I asked for less ice, they gave me a 32 oz watered down Chai!
What an awful way to try and start the day. The girl was depressing and awful. No interaction outside of what was required. Coffees not even full $15 later. No comment about the lids that were being used either. Will not return.
Good service and coffee. This location is conveniently around other quick eating establishments. …as my morning coffee partner patiently waits for me to join her!
Really poor service in this location West Valley is weight better I wait for about 10 minutes for my coffee and I was the only one in the file I paid for the large one I told to the amployee and I was told wait for a few mins but of course they want you sign the receipt to add tip so total for this coffe I paid 11 dollars
I waited over 5 minutes for one coffee and two sandwiches just for the sandwiches to still be half frozen. Nobody else was in the drive through or even the parking lot, so it isn’t that they were just busy and going fast.
i love beans and brews all locations have the best most friendly staff!! i wont go anywhere else

Update: Issue was never taken care of, will avoid this location. Will be leaving my 1 star rating until my wife’s issue has been resolved by the store owner. (1 month waiting so far)
They need to learn to make their drinks and not trying to charge double.
Ordered two simple drinks, they forgot to make one of them and the other was wrong. When I went back up to ask for the missing creamer, the barista said, “well, I don’t know- I didn’t make it.” Rude and the drinks were not good.
Waaaaay too much ice! Why is that your standard? Rip off.
Always friendly folks here. And not to mention, they are awesome for the younger age workers to be there early in the morning having coffee ready. You guys rock! 🤘
I’ve only been to this place twice and both times I wasn’t impressed. I understand they are low on some products but I would love for them to say that instead of me paying first and then getting the wrong thing. When I told them, both times, that I received the wrong things they said they were out. I then asked for a refund the second time and she just laughed and shut the window on me. Don’t go here, the drinks they did give me were disgusting! Please go somewhere else and don’t waste your money. Above is my review from a month ago. I’ve been back and forth with beans and brews on this. Was told to leave feedback on a website which I already did. Beans and brews contacted me and asked for my info then told me that I would be hearing from this store soon and it’s been over a month now. Please find my ‘feedback’ and help me out. I’m not going back to the feedback page, I just want my problem fixed and I know you have my info because I’ve talked to someone else saying they sent the info to the manager at this store. Very frustrating and shouldn’t have to wait this long…
