Absolute garbage. If you're going to charge near 8 bucks for 8 ounces of fluid, it better be amazing. I ordered a London Fog and got a lukewarm cup of milk with a single teabag in it. 😦😦😦. That's unacceptable. If you're going to charge premium prices, provide premium goods. We will NEVER return.

Nice coffee shop with great prices and good service. Coffee drinks were good and barista was open to trying different coffee drinks. She was very friendly and we got a pup cup for our fur baby!
Awful place to get coffee. When we went in I told her from the menu what I wanted I even told her it was a frap but apparently that was hard to understand and gave me ice coffee this is the second time that this has happened
I typically look for coffee shops with a sit down and relax vibe and this one fell a little short of that hope. There's no drive through and it's definitely tailored to the local businesses and tenants. They were pretty quick and had lots of mixed Red Bull drinks if thats what you're searching for!

I would give 5 stars for the lady who helped me the few times I have come to this location, super friendly and easy to talk to. However, the company as a whole unfortunately isn’t just based off of that AMAZING employee. They should have that girl teach the black hair attitude princess a thing or two about manners and getting off her phone when people walk into the store.
We got a drip which was good but not very hot and the latte was also very good (blossom) but this was also not hot, warm maybe. The employee working that morning didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. It was at least a minute before she looked up at us from her phone. It looks like there’s a few locations, we might check out another but we’ll try new coffee shops first.
I love coming here because they have so many flavors to choose from. The baristas are great at helping you customize any drink and they always make it delicious! It's a pretty small shop inside so there isn't a ton of sitting if you are the type that likes to chill or meet at coffee shops.
Great place to get some coffee. I've done freelance work here with clients and they've always loved that atmosphere.
I've ordered from Pinned Coffee in-store and from DoorDash several times and have always had a good experience. They always follow my instructions and their drinks and staff are delightful!
