If you go to this location, you need to remind them multiple times if you want or don't want the whipped cream. Also double check to make sure they get your order right before you drive off.
They have really great tasting coffee here. If you go through the drive-thru and the heard of hearing guy is working. You may need to repeat your order eight times.
Can Never Get Enough Off Good Coffee.
They get the order wrong about half the time. Multiple times I've ordered a small hot latte, and it comes out iced. Other times I said, "a small hot caramel latte," and it comes out unsweetened. What's worse is I don't know if they're going to get it right until after I already tip. One more thing, they make you sign the receipt and write the tip with a pen, which is outdated and cumbersome compared to the one button you gotta push at $tarBucks. Also, no 12OZ option, and they rarely put the sleeve on the cup. Coffee is actually good though, and when everything goes well, it's a great experience.
Person at window obviously was having a bad day. Almost spilled the drinks on me. And snatched the clipboard back from me when I went to hand it back. Drinks were not labeled. Customer service definitely could be improved if they want “gratitude “ tips on that paper you sign. Hope he has a better day.
Drive through staff was rude and not polite at all . When I asked for a straw for my frozen latte the staff member about threw it at me !
Serves iced drinks warm, and ignores my dog every time I come through the drive thru.

Had a great time chatting with my barista while they ground 3 bags of delicious Wasatch Blend for me! Excellent conversation and service, not to mention the coffee! Thanks guys! Great job!
I am once again reminded of why I have stopped frequenting Beans and Brew. My latte’s consistently taste water downed and my egg burritos are always cold inside.
Usually go here before work, the staff is friendly and efficient. They make tasty coffee!!
My mocha was ssoooooo good! Hayden, the server, was so genuine and made me feel seen. I would’ve liked to see the franchise show more regard for the environment and stop using plastic straws.

this was honest to god the worst beans and brews experience i have ever had. the drinks were water af and it took 30 minutes when we were the only ones there. i was disappointed to say the least
I am a Beans and Brew girl through and through, however, this location has gone so far down hill in the last year. If I have the time, I will drive to any other location to avoid the 50/50 chance my drink is terrible. They are nice, but the amount of money I have wasted on drinks that taste like straight milk or chocolate is so frustrating. I have never taken it back because often times, I don't have time to walk my drink back in and ask them to remake it. Very frustrating to pay $6.50+ tip for a cup of milk. Avoid 10600 and 13th east if you can.
This BB does the best caramel revolver out of any BB.
They put extra into accuracy which is appreciated.
I waited in the drive through for 22 minutes. I had sent a text right after I ordered so I know how ling it took. Luckily I wasn't in a rush but the cars behind may have been and couldn't even leave if they were trying to get some where. The people working were clearly having fun chatting. I actually had to knock in the window for them to acknowledge me and give me my order. It can be a fun job, but it's still a job. To make matters worse my latte had no flavor. Complete waste of my time and money
I don’t think they have ever gotten my order right here . Do not come to this location
I used to prefer beans and brews over Starbucks and others but beans some bruise is the worst inconsistency distancy I feel like I get a different drink every time! Don't plan on coming back to spend 7 dollars for a mystery drinkn🤮
