Good coffee. Needs a bike rack.
While the vibe inside isn’t great, the coffee definitely is. You can tell they really care about making good coffee.
Best coffee in the area! Delicious, high quality coffee and great vibes. Thank you for ensuring we are happily caffeinated :)
Loved it here. Parking was hard. But other then that the staff were friendly and quick. They had music playing, it wasn't too loud. And even when the place seemed full of people I could still talk to my partner and hear what they were saying. I ordered a chai mocha. And it was delicious, had cute art on it as well.
This place has high ceilings which is nice because it's otherwise just a touch cramped inside. Big service counter. You really have to shimmy around and past chairs, people, etc. to order, pickup, find a seat. The food looked great. Lovely pastries and quiche. But I only ordered an Americano, so I can't say much about the food other than the coffee was exceptionally good. It was busy at 1pm on a Friday. The parking lot was packed, and the shop shares a building with several other businesses so that might explain why it was so hard to find parking. It was a fine place.
Cozy vibe, nice and relaxed. Not too loud or overbearing. Staff and cuisine are great. Only con is not many electric outlets. Perfect vibe.
One of the better places to get pour over coffee in SLC. At least I think so. The experience was quite nice, pretty good coffee, the sandwich I had was good, but I feel could be a little better. Overall the experience was great! I would definitely return for more pour over and some pastries.
honestly i never leave reviews but i’ve tried almost every coffee shop in the salt like valley and this has to be my favourite. the staff is always so friendly and the food is fantastic and the coffee flavours always taste authentic!!!
Okay I'll start with what I liked. Service was great. Atmosphere was relaxed, clean, and warm. Now to the part I didn't like. Way overpriced in my opinion. I got a tiny mug of coffee for more than any where else I've been( including other small buisness coffee shops). And to be honest, it wasn't even that good. I wanted a bagel and cream cheese... when I ask the price of cream cheese and it was like 1.25 or 1.50 for cream cheese I quickly changed my mind.. I get its not that much, but if you're going there often it's going to add up quickly. I wouldn't go back on my own. If I was meeting someone I would.
Bagels are pretty good, coffee drinks are okay, but it's the staff that make me not want to return. I've been to Honeysuckle about 3-4 times now, the staff is never friendly, the customer service is lacking (drinks are made incorrectly, togo orders are not boxed even though they ask when ordering) and they complain about it being busy and not having enough people to work. Which is fine, but I don't want to hear that I'm making their lives more difficult when it's busy and they don't have enough staff. People seem to enjoy the place so, good job on doing well but maybe treat the staff better, higher more people, pay more, and maybe the staff won't be so miserable.
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND GOING WHILE THEY'RE BUSY Is the food good? Absolutely. Is the coffee decent? Yes, I'd say pretty well done. The service though, it is entitled, rude, and sub-par. Twice we have had a barista spill our coffee (today onto us) and we had to clean it ourselves. Our drinks have been incorrect twice and we had to box our own food when we asked for a to-go order. The baristas frequently and loudly complain about customers and joke about telling people there will be an extended wait time so that they can squeeze a moment for themselves. Honestly, the baristas would benefit from better customer service. However, the owner would also benefit from hiring more staff to help the volume of customers. People don't like being treated poorly, whether that is a customer or employee. Customers pay more money for quality items and we get quality items with a side of sarcasm and a "deal with it yourself" attitude.
Sandy location was comfortable and clean. Barista charged me for wrong item. When asked about it 30 minutes later, she knew exactly what she overcharged me for yet she never bothered to make it right. Staff acted unprofessional and rude with the situation. Coffee was good but nothing special.
I enjoyed my visit here. I got some decaf beans to take home which were great. The staff was pleasant. The furnishings are nice. I believe I got a decaf vanilla latte which was good. Everything (dishes, tables, the foods) here seems well taken care of and I love that. It was busy and loud in a nice atmospheric way.
Come for the coffee, stay for the housemade bagels. I’m obsessed with all their bagel flavors and get one every time I go. Pastries are also excellent.
The best 👏🏼 coffee 👏🏼 shop 👏🏼 I’ve ever been to in Utah!! The drinks are so delightful, and the staff are kind and knowledgable about coffee. The pastries and food items never fail to wow me 🥰🥰 And the ATMOSPHERE is gorgeous. Beans & Brews will never hold a candle to HSCC’s performance. I will always reccomend their bagels & a peppermint mocha 💌
Great service, very friendly people, wonderful atmosphere.
I got the mocha, it was delicious. I love that they have dark chocolate as an option. I also got the prosciutto scone, which was delicious as well (just a tad bit doughy in the center). I absolutely love the atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend them. Keep up the great work! Garret Smith
We had a small ladies group meet and it was my first time there. Delicious coffee and the olive oil cake was moist and lemony delicious. Great place to meet a friend!
Cute little coffee shop. Quaint and friendly. Would have liked a broader menu for coffee but understand the simplicity too. Would definitely recommend stopping by.
I love the vibe, and the bar setup while you wait. While waiting for my quiche to warm up, I conversed with an employee who was simply chic and fun to chat with! We continued to chat along with a regular customer who recommend items to order since this was my first time. It was such a chill, welcoming atmosphere which I appreciate!! So many coffee shops people are on their phones and glued to laptops that it was nice humanly connecting! I killed the quiche (delectable) and iced chai (you can really taste the chai), I’ll def be back!! Also, I was pleasantly surprised when I got home that I was given an extra cookie without being charged! Quality spot. Thank you, kindly. ✨we devoured the cookies!
