Very nice place! Good coffee. Cozy, clean, always good choice of music, not too loud/no too quiet. Awesome staff. Great place to have coffee, meet with friends, even have professional meeting. More food options would make this place even better 😀
Found this gem of a coffee shop while making a quick pit stop in Lubbock while on a trip. It was so good I came two days in a row! I ordered an Americano and blueberry muffin both times (forgot to take a pic) and my friend ordered this brown sugar latte. Everything was amazing! Brian the manager was super friendly and the other associate (I didn’t get his name) was very creative and made such great drinks. If I was a local, I would be a regular! Great music, very clean, perfect environment for work or chilling.
Great atmosphere overall however the lighting is absurdly low and I cannot read or work on my computer for a minute without significant eye strain.
We grabbed Stacked through the drive thru and saw this business. Stopped by and grabbed drinks here.... The individual with the beard was awesome! Really friendly and so helpful. A true positive energy that was inviting as if we were old friends. If that is the experience they always offer.... You are missing out if you haven't tried it. I like seven brew/dutch brothers but the conversation feels forced and obligatory. That was not the case here where you felt that they appreciated getting to know you.

This place has a great vibe and atmosphere. My drink was awesome. The baristas there were so great - Mark, Lauren and Brian - Mark was super nice! Great coffee shop!
I loved this place when it was Tova and I’m so glad Sugar Browns kept it a coffee shop! It’s great to chill with friends and the Cuban drink is amazing! I’ll be coming back for sure.

Coffee was not good, both the americano and the cappuccino that we ordered. Also, the staff was not knowledgeable about the menu. I love Sugar Browns in Indiana! Maybe it was a bad day, but it is just not the same in this location.
Great atmosphere. Lots of Customers that were happy to be there. Of course the coffee was rich and Oh so good! Staff was AMAZING!!! But only two were staffed for a Saturday morning at 10am? As a customer service consultant myself I know great service and thank you...BUT you can not maintain the quality service I experienced today without more help. And your two sweet employee's need recognition for excellent service we all recieved today!
