The couple times I've come here the staff haven't been very friendly. There's a few that are but most are low energy. That's not very good for business. The pastries I've gotten here have not tasted very good as you'd think and they do not give them to you warmed up. The drinks are very sweet so I usually have to ask for half. The place is very nicely decorated and the Mexican mocha kept me coming back for a while.
Delicious coffee. Great place for kids with a super whimsical atmosphere that our kids loved. The baked food was great and the smoothies were also a hit.

This place is so beautiful! Coffee was great, smoothie needed a little more flavor but totally worth a try. Also, the cookies were amazing.

Such a cute place! There’s not many places here in Lubbock like that so I was pretty amazed when I found out about this place! The Mexican mocha was pretty good! My only complaint is the gnats!!! There were way too many gnats where I was sitting! (towards the back by the windows). It was pretty distracting tbh but still managed to complete my assignments.
They have the best lattes here. Once we discovered this coffee shop we keep returning. They have a decent selection of muffins as well as burritos that make it the perfect breakfast/snack stop. Not a lot of seating inside and it is close to the Tech campus so it’ll be busy with college students. However I love that not all of the seating is hard wooden chairs and we try and snag a comfy chair asap.
The “Big Tom” is great! It’s obvious by the decor, that I’m not their target demographic, but it’s close to work and they make some pretty good drinks. I have had their espresso shots and they are good by themselves. Also, I appreciate that the baristas take the time to properly care for their equipment instead of just churching out drink after drink. It makes me confident that I’m getting a high quality product! The music is always interesting too!

Took about 45 mins to get our order. One of our drinks was incorrect, the chai had too much milk and tasted watered down, and they forgot to give us the pastry when we payed. Trying to just get their attention to ask for it was difficult. Other people gave up and left without a refund or their drinks. Not worth the wait. Cute atmosphere, though.

Cute if you want to get a selfie. No possible way to get any actual work done. Bar stools are too low to sit with a laptop, the AC is blasting, and no plugs if you sit at an actual table. Nice baristas, but this isn’t a place to study/work
You walk into this place and are just blown away by how beautiful it is. The staff is super friendly, the drinks are AMAZING, prices are good, and the atmosphere of the place makes you want to stay all day. It’s a wonderful addition to Lubbock in that it offers something unique and refreshing opposed to the modern “Starbucks” look and feel of coffee shops.
The staff was super nice and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing and relaxing. The coffee was really good also. Way better than any Starbucks in my opinion. Will definitely be coming back.

In the world of coffee shops, there are an abundance of cliche overdone boutique cafes. This, however, is the crown jewel of ambience, effervescence, and west Texas. Just a great Vibe!
