And here we have a donut shop that literally rarely has donuts, at all. Lol It's the worst donut shop in Lubbock, if not in the entire state of Texas. No idea how they even open their doors at all here anymore
We normally visit this location when we are in town. Hours posted show they are open until 11pm on Saturday. We pulled up at 9:45pm and it was completely shut down. I understand if there was a shortage of employees or an emergency but if that’s the case there should be something posted on the doors saying so.
You're glazed donuts Are the best of anyone I have come to this location in Lubbock 37 times in the past 4 months different hours in the morning and today was the first time I was able to buy them. You box them up and sell everything to private companys and never keep or make extra for drive up customers.
They didn't have an advertised special. They even had a sign on the menu and they still said they didn't have "mini's for Mom" They acted like they didn't even know what I was talking about. Pretty bad experience...

The people working were rude and kept chatting among themselves instead of taking care of the customers.
Place was incredibly dirty, donuts were cold, and the staff were unpleasant. This place used to be a fun place to grab donuts and now it’s just sad.
Went for donuts this mornin.. I was told I could have one hot glazed donut but could not purchase because no manager was there to issue a drawer! 4/11/23 603am
The mini glazed donuts are supposed to be chocolate with sprinkles on top. Clearly I got some glazed minis instead. By the way, we weren’t informed of any changes or shortage of donuts. The more I look at the donuts I notice one has a rabbit leg missing and one of the chicks is smeared and another is like squished like from a finger. Just disappointing.
I wish I could review how the donuts tasted but my two visits in the last week have resulted in ZERO donuts. My partner and I pulled up around 2pm on a Thursday and the store was closed. The employees were inside but the doors were locked and there was a sign at the door saying the store was temporarily closed. We swung by again tonight while the hot sign was on and the indoor area seemed closed. We sat at the drive thru and no one answered so we had to pull up to the window. We were informed that there were no donut flavors that we wanted in stock, and zero glazed. I asked WHEN they would have glazed. I was told “maybe tomorrow like in the morning.” I will not be coming back.
The hot sign was on but yet they had NO hot glazed donuts. I asked about it and they said they were only making donuts to stock the shelves. The bad part is I called before driving up there. The employees was not very kind either. I had 2 cold (and I do mean cold) donuts.
To me a donut is a donut they are always fresh when I’ve gone & never disappointed.
I called on St Patrick's Day asking if they had the holiday donuts.. I was told yes. So, I headed right down there (other half of the city), go in, and was told: " we have only 1 decorator... it will be at least 45 minutes." Grr a wasted trip. It has been 18 years since I had a Krispy Krem3 doughty and I suspect it will be atheist another 18 years before I do.
I am a huge Krispy Kreme fan, however, this was by far the worst KK experience I've ever had. They had very few donuts. A couple dozen of mixed donuts and ZERO glazed. Nothing being made. Myself and the two other customers there weren't even able to fulfill a complete order. The employees were less than apologetic and seemed more annoyed that we were even there. This seems to be a norm for this location. Once I got my donuts home, they were so stale my kids wouldn't even eat them (like hit them on the table kinda hard). This location is the closest to where I live, still 2 hours away. I stop relentlessly almost every time I travel in hopes it gets better, with no luck. I miss hot and fresh KK donuts.
I would give this less than one star if I could. They only had three different donuts available, the workers were rude, and it took absolutely forever for our donuts to come out so we had to leave before we even got them
Needs to drastically improve quality of service and staff, and the place needs to be thoroughly cleaned, disappointed in lack of care.
Only 1 kind of holiday donut on st Patrick's day. Plus it was smokey like they burned stuff. The light was on but NO handouts. Ugh . Bad experience. Used to be so good.
I placed an order 24 hours in advance for a simple dozen glazed. When I arrived at 8am, there was no order. And there was going to be an hour wait while they made more....at 8am. Extremely disorganized, employees look and talk like they'd rather be anywhere else but here, inability to fill simple orders. This store has really gone downhill.
Donuts are too small and assorted means different donuts not 2 or 3 of the same
How does a Krispy Kreme run out of plain glaze donuts! ?!? The had a hundred filled donuts processing with filled already in the case and no regular plain glaze! And said they wouldn’t have any for an hour! Terrible! Manage better! And not super nice about it either!
