My 1st time to visit was great, no cars behind me, so I could ask questions. The second time was just as, but the cars behind me were not patient..lol I definitely will be back through the next time I'm through Lubbock.
Always friendly and helpful if I don't know what to get.
Never had their food but the staff and drinks are always great. I wish they'd get more sugar free fruit syrups
I love this place! My girlfriend came here after an important interview to celebrate her new job. She let the employees know and they added a confetti cup and they all cheered for her when she pulled up to the window. It made her day even more special, there is no better place!
Had never tried until now and the snickerdoodle coffee is my new favorite.
Friendly and always interacts with me because I love to talk 😂 My number 1 coffee place now.

I go to the Dutch Bros on university avenue. I went there yesterday to get a drink and the workers Alize dowd and the other coworker was extremely extremely rude/ stuck up and not friendly at all. The workers charged be twice for a drink. Then the workers didn’t give my card back so we drove up again and they had this look on them that they didn’t want to give my card. The music was completely inappropriate! They were playing very vulgar/ cussing music! The music was so loud that I employee had to ask me to repeat my self about 5 times! It’s very unprofessional to have music blasting. Those workers that was working wouldn’t make it the professional world because of how they act and how the treat customers and how ungrateful they are. Here’s an example if they worked in a hospital setting and they did what they did yesterday they would immediately fire them. I’m not going back to the dultch bros on university and 82nd street on how disrespectful they were to my mom and I.
If they are going to have this location open then it needs to be properly staffed at least because it takes wayyy too long to get coffee. Anytime I come to this location it take easily 20 mins- 30 mins to get coffee.
This is my most favorite coffee stop in Lubbock. Some days, the line is a mile long, but these guys get you taken care of! The broristas are always upbeat and helpful! I love the ease of ordering and the quality of their coffees. My daughter is obsessed with the Golden Eagle, and I love that it's available in decaf. I personally love the cold brews. They also have a cool app with stickers and member discounts. It's definitely worth a try!

These people don’t know what they’re doing. Waited at the window 20min and when I got my drink, it wasn’t hot. First world problems, I know. I love DB, but definitely won’t be going back to this location.
Favorite drink is the caterpillar, yummmmmy. The staff is always fun and almost always calls me by name. Super sweet morning crew when you’re just a waking up.

Barista was rude and also got my order wrong on purpose. I only ordered one coffee double sweet. It came out unsweetened, cost ten dollars, and she wouldn’t fix it.

Super helpful staff and great drinks
Decent service, drinks always good, only reason I gave 3 stars is because extremly long waits& i only tip my change and the person taking orders added herself a $2 tip, manager didn't seem to care like it wasn't a big deal but imagine how many people do not notice..ALWAYS get your receipt, and from other reviews seems like this is a normal thing for this location
