Amazing as always...I love my app that gets me reward points to get free drinks.
Got the annihilator blended and it was like chocolate milk. Luke warm. Wad good before but going down hill the last several times. Be bettet.

I seriously loved dutch bros, but seems like the last few times I have gone, I get sick and end up spending the day throwing up. I used to go multiple times a week. And I just can't anymore. I have money left in my app I can't get back, and can't use. Not sure what it is that turns my stomach every time I get coffee from here, but it's not worth it. 😭
If this store is even slightly busy, it takes FOREVER to get your drinks. Today we waited 30 minutes with ten cars in line. Three cars drove up behind us, waited five minutes and left when nobody came out to take their order. It’s understandable to have bad days but the staff didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency. There was no form of apology for the inconvenience and to top it all is my drink tastes like a plain latte when I ordered a German chocolate breve (chocolate, coconut, caramel). It was just a disappointing visit overall.
I absolutely love this Dutch Bros! They have amazing staff and customer service. Elijah has been amazing each time I visit Dutch!
“Broistas” were awesome! Always a great time. Manager needs a haircut tho. He was kinda cute tho, had a wedding ring on so I guess I have competition.

First time at Dutch Bros Coffee. The coffee that l received with some type of milk was not tasty at all. French Vanilla cream is to be sweet enough so not to add extra sugar ... not sure what was used, even the description of what the hostess said, didn't seem tasty.
This bunch is awesome!!! Take your order, talk to you while you wait, and make the transaction a fun experience. Love this store!!!

The Sweater Weather Chai is delicious and the guy in the drive thru window was super friendly!
They have trouble with the outside order communicating with the inside staff. Paid outside with the tablet and money was removed from my account. Then at the window, I was told that I still owe for the order. Told them I already paid and they said that happens sometimes and told me to call corporate. They still wanted me to pay again at the window. What kind of operation is that ?
Next time you're going to trap cars in the drive through FOR OVER AN HOUR with no way to exit the line, at least put up a sign letting everyone know you're about to ruin/waste the rest of their day
