Drivers are careless about the fact that they are driving a HUGE vehicle. The lady ran a red light and pulled out infront of my family and I due to the fact that she was so consumed in her phone. When calling to complain all we were told to was “I’m sorry”. Hopefully the next person they pull out infront of doesn’t just take the chance to hit them and sue the company. Poor customer service and driving skills.
